My husband and I visited from Atlanta GA. We ordered combo platter- brisket and chicken. Everything was delicious! I love fried fried okra, 98 Barbecue, you brought back memories of my grandma’s orka! OH! I can’t forget bread pudding - phew 😇 I have to try the award winning gumbo when I come back! 5 star eating!!

Great service and menu selection. The food was fresh and generous servings, at a reasonable price. They have beer and the sweet tea was good! Big booths, TVs and in a fun & clean atmosphere.
Parking: Parking in front of the strip mall.
Kid-friendliness: Our granddaughter sat in the booth and liked the mozzarella cheese sticks. There were also games in the back of the restaurant.
This place came highly recommended by Dr. Dr. Arthur Womble, a good friend of mine. I was not disappointed. I ordered the 4 bone ribs with a side salad and fries. I don't know what kind of fries they were, but they were so delicious and freshly cooked! Once I started eating, I couldn't stop. They were plentiful and I couldn't eat them all. I noticed they gave me a half slab of ribs instead of 4 bone. I brought it to the waitresses' attention. I told her that I couldn't eat all of that. I only ate 3 and gave the rest away. Everything was delicious. My waitress was great and very attentive. Nice atmosphere. I will be back as I do make frequent trips to Destin. I highly recommend!

A great little place that the locals frequent. Award winning gumbo recipes and a good variety of BBQ meats . Reasonable prices for good sized portions complimented with numerous sides. Pork belly appetizer is a new special item worth trying.

Brisket seems to be on the leaner side, pulled pork as well. The chicken was alright, seasoned but could be better.
The specials are are on different daily at good prices as well.
Drinks are a bit expensive being $3.50 a bottle
