Stopped by for some coffee and breakfast and stayed for the beautiful outdoor seating area.
I got a Carmel Brûlée latte and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was perfect but the croissant felt a little over priced. That being said, I finished it no problem 😂
We stayed and played some cornhole before walking to the pier to enjoy the view. Such a cute venue with little shops behind The Fishhouse. Everyone we met was very friendly.

Coffee, energy bites, croissant and a heaping portion of oatmeal. This place was a great start to the day, no complaints!

The first time I went was in June, besides being busy, it was so good. So I went back with my man. I told him how good it was. When we went back in August there was a different group working. They were not friendly. The coffee machine was broke. There was hardly anyone else in there. So no reason for the unfriendliness. The food was still very good. Just really disappointed in the staff and the coffee machine not working.
We have been coming to Beachy Bean for years and have always loved it!!! The interior updates look great, but need to function better for the increased capacity. The outdoor space used to be amazing with the turf and extra seating, what happened?! Hoping it’s just a transition as it there seems to be new management or ownership. However, on a better note, the drinks and food are better than ever!
Food was good, especially the Avacado toast! Everything is a little pricier than it should be. Coffees are good too but service is not! Rude workers. Another spot on 30A that’s losing its authenticity and vibe to unfriendly, careless employees, which speaks volumes of the owners too. The fish house behind it is great though!

Cute stop along 30A. With games, a deck over the water, gourmet foods and craft beer plus yummy coffee.

Spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Amazing coffee and matcha along with little market + wine/beer. Huge plus they have GF options.

Hands-down, one of my favorite coffee shops on 30A!! Every time I go in there, all of the barista’s are so nice and so welcoming! Their coffee is always amazing and it is such a joy to go in there

My husband and I tried this coffee shop this morning. While it was very cute and aesthetic, the prices are insane! I got an iced sugar free vanilla latte 16oz (like a grande from sbucks) and my husband for an iced SFV latte as well but 24oz (venti). His was $8.75 and mine $8.25. We were baffled! We did not like the coffee. It tastes very burnt and watery. I love coffee so much, and I couldn’t finish mine. Sadly we won't be back.

this place was so cute, cozy, and full of character! my sister ordered one of the specials, a dubai chocolate-inspired mocha, and immediately requested that we go back. the place is situated in a very comfortable area, with outdoor seating, the vibes are great, and indoor seating is spacious but not sparse!

The breakfast burrito was definitely not worth it. For $15, you’d expect a decent sized portion, but it was tiny. On top of that, it was mostly powdered eggs with barely any meat, and I couldn’t even taste the cheese. Given how prominently they advertise the burrito on their sign, I was seriously underwhelmed. That said, the staff was friendly and the place itself was cute.

The best coffee shop in 30A!! So glad I came across this beautiful place. Not only are the menu items superb, the staff were top notch with their service!! Can't wait to get back there this morning before I head back home from vacay.
Sandra is straight up rude.
The other workers were great , and they played with my baby.
But that rude lady should be dropped .
These people are EXTREMELY rude! We drove an hour to come to this coffee house and spent $50 for a rubbery- flavorless breakfast burrito. You could literally bounce the egg right off the floor. I don’t think eggs are supposed to be that boyant.
It’s 30A we were expecting to pay for overpriced mediocre food.. what we were NOT expecting was to be treated so ugly.
Got an iced tea and went to ask for a refill- instead of kindly saying, “I’m sorry we don’t give refills”. I was met with eye rolling - being snickered at .. both employs looking at me like I was a unicorn and being snapped at , “ no you gotta pay for that!”
It was all in the tone and mannerism in which she said it.
Don’t know who peed in your fruit loops this morning- but if you don’t like people… find another job!
The atmosphere is gorgeous tho- and the Red Bull blended drink was a hit!
