Finally made it to this place after hearing raving reviews for years. Was disappointed with poor customer service. They also include gratuity without showing you the itemization or mentioning it’s inclusion, and then turn the iPad around to ask for more tips.

They forgot some of our requests and food. And took forever we had to go back to get part of our order.

I liked the coffee, tea, and matcha. We ordered an iced bear latte, iced matcha latte with vanilla, iced peach tea, and iced chai. All of the drinks were good. The lemon poppyseed muffins and almond croissant were delicious too!

The pastries are great, but the breakfast was lackluster. If you order a breakfast sandwich, make sure you specify how you want your eggs cooked. I wasn't really expecting an over easy egg and didn't really think about asking. The grain bowl had hardly any grains in it and way too much avocado/dressing. Would come again for the pastries, but over all the breakfast is too overpriced for what it is. Also they add a 15% gratuity upfront. I wasn't aware and double tipped. Coffees are small. Be prepared to wait in line.

This place used to be our favorite but this year things were not as tasty. The Almond croissant barely had any paste in it! The ham and cheese croissant had the smallest piece of ham you’ve ever seen! Items were not heated as asked. And let’s talk about the automatic 20% service charge and they still ask for a tip! Nope. We will bypass this place next year! Ridiculous!

Every one of the employees were just rude. I understand if it happens when it is busy and stressful, but they were plain rude during a slow hour. Really just ruined my experience.

Super yummy! The Nutella pastry was STUFFED with Nutella. The croissant was so flaky and crispy. And the prosciutto and egg on sourdough delicious. We will be back! So fresh. The line was out the door after 15 min of being open.

The food was delicious. Coffee, pastries and mimosas are fast. They need a bigger kitchen or slow down order taking. Our food took 1 hour and 15 minutes from when we ordered to it getting to our table. We almost had to just leave.
