The ice cream was delicious and my entire family loved it. The service was good considering there was only one person working. My only issue was we witnessed the Hershey’s ice cream truck come and deliver ice cream while we were here. We were under the impression that all the ice cream was all homemade but obviously we were proven wrong. Their website even says that everything is all homemade.

Great ice cream but the line was ridiculous. That had two windows open the closed one despite the line. Prices were very reasonable.

Broke The Restrooms Access Act (Ally's Law) and denied access to the employee restroom when needed for medical condition. Left immediately because why would we spend money at a place that doesn't support people with Crohn’s disease, especially when required by law. Horrible.

Best ice cream in 30A! When we pulled in there was a long line. You know if there’s a line it has to be good!! I was worried we might not be able to get served, since it was about 20 minutes before closing, but the line moved efficiently and it was worth the wait! Kind, patient staff and some of the most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

Be aware they will turn you away at 9, even if you got in line at 8:45 and waited! We had 6 kids with us, got to the window and were told they had just closed so couldn’t serve us! They should have put a sign out in the line so people knew. Disappointing to have them tell us and all our kids who had waited that they wouldn’t serve us as we stood at the window ready.
This place used to be great. They no longer make their own ice cream - they serve Hershey’s but do not advertise that it is not their own. Not really a creamery. Grab it for cheaper from the grocery store or go somewhere else.

I have been to Blue Mountain Creamery in prior years and the ice cream was very good. This particular trip the ice cream has been very mediocre. My daughter noticed that they had Lil Blue Panda, a flavor specific to Hershey's brand of ice cream. My daughter eventually ordered cotton candy ice cream and realized it was the Hershey's brand based on her having it many times at other ice cream shops. Very disappointing. This is not a real creamery, go to Pecan Jack's instead.
