Drive-thru takes about 10 minutes on average just to acknowledge there’s a car waiting. After tonight, this is the 7th time they’ve gotten my son’s simple order wrong. I won’t be back. The frozen drink machine is always broken, fries are always cold and tossed carelessly in the bag. Please leave Santa Rosa Beach — you’re lowering the standard of our town.

These guys cost me a $20 order because they said there was a technician working on the boilers at 11:40 when in reality later they told me it was because there was only three people and they wanted to close early. I'm upset because they gave me a lie and all they had to do was make one burger for me so that I can make an extra 20 bucks for tonight but now I have to tell my customer that these guys were so lazy they couldn't make a single burger

Waited at this location for someone to take my order, which never happened because no one was working. Middle of the day at 4:30 in the afternoon, no employees three other people in front of me left.

I stopped into this location to grab breakfast on July 12, 2025 around 9 AM. There were four people in the entire restaurant two people working an Uber eats driver and myself. I walked into the restaurant to find the lady working the counter arguing with the Uber eats driver About an incorrect order.

She motioned the driver to leave so she could take my order. I ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant meal with a large Coke to drink and large hash browns. I asked her for double Hamm at least a dozen times. Additionally, I ordered a small French toast sticks.

After taking my order and paying almost $20 for my food, I stood back and waited while she continued to argue with the Uber eats driver.

Shortly after my food was ready, and as I made my way to a dining room table, I quickly realized the order was incorrect.

I got a regular ham egg and cheese croissant, missing the double ham I thought I paid for. I got a regular size hash brown and a small cup for self serve Coke. The French toast sticks I received was a large order that had 6 to 8 sticks in the bag

After hearing the lady continue to argue with the driver, it was just a loss. There was no way I was gonna go argue with somebody that was clearly wrong and follow suit of what the Uber eats driver was going through.

The customer experience was incredibly terrible and I would never return to this facility again

This place need to either find more workers or go takes 20 minutes just take take my order and 20 more minutes to get my food the inside is locked mid day so you have to go through the drive-thru

I wanted to take a moment to share my delightful experience during my recent visit to your drive-thru. I absolutely loved the Whopper, it was flavorful, satisfying, and prepared to perfection, just as I hoped.

What truly made my visit exceptional was the kind and patient demeanor of the person who took my order. Even without seeing him, I could genuinely feel his positive aura through his voice and the way he communicated. His considerate and patient approach made the experience even more enjoyable.

Three separate people took our order and each one of them got it wrong. I would be more understanding if they were busy, but it was 7:30am and we were the ONLY people on the lot the entire time.

Food was okay, but it wasn't what we asked for. Also, how do you run out of biscuits 3 hours before breakfast ends??

Horrible experience and a poorly managed restaurant. Went there yesterday. Drive-thru didn't work, and they told me to go inside, only to wait a lot longer for my order. Found hair inside my burger, and had to throw it away. Avoid this place!

Took 30 minutes just to get food. Manager did not listen at the window, just wanted to pull ahead...didn't even get the order correct after waiting all that time. We didn't get stir sticks for coffee, first round waiting they messed up the sandwiches. Blames it all on not having coffee. Doors are locked at 7:30am in the morning. Need management maybe as we have been here a few times and always the same.
