Four of us dined here tonight and we all agree that it has the best grits that we have ever had. Everything was delicious!

We liked this place so much we ate here twice during a short visit to Santa Rosa Beach. After an excellent lunch on day one, we came back for dinner the next night, and both visits were outstanding. The food was delicious, the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, with 70s and 80s pop music we really enjoyed.
We actually found the restaurant by googling the best key lime pie in Santa Rosa Beach, and theirs did not disappoint. It was so good we ordered it two days in a row. The staff explained that their key lime pie is more like a key lime cheesecake, and that’s exactly right: a creamy cheesecake-like texture, bright key lime flavor, just the right amount of sweetness, and a crust with toasted coconut that adds a really nice, unique touch. They also serve big, soft, warm chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate coconut cookies for dessert—both of which are fantastic.
For lunch, we both ordered the Southwest salad, which was generous in size and big on flavor. Everything tasted very fresh, and it had just the right amount of spicy kick. For dinner, I had the Jambalaya and my wife ordered “Not Your Mama’s Chicken and Rice.” Once again, both dishes were full of flavor and came in hearty portions.
Our only regret is that our trip wasn’t longer so we could try more of the menu. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Santa Rosa Beach.

Our group of eight celebrating a friend's birthday was especially sweet because the staff that answered the phone and our server Megan made sure our orders were correct and considered food allergies. Generous portions, fresh fish, salads and sandwiches were delightful. Thank you for including a free cookie treat for the birthday girl.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time last week and we were not disappointed! We had the burger and pulled pork nachos which were excellent! The service was incredible too. We also went during their happy hour so their cocktails were only $6. We have lived in the area for almost two years now and are just disappointed we didn't try this place sooner!!

We waited for 30 minutes at the hostess desk without a single person addressing us. We had called earlier to even make sure they were open. When we finally saw someone after 30 minutes she just shouted “who was here first”. That group was sat. We waited another 5 minutes with again no one even acknowledging we were there. Terrible. Never again.

What makes this place special is the incredibly friendly staff and delicious food. The sandwiches are on homemade bread and our do delicious. The Ruben and Club are favorites. The Shrimp and Grits are so yummy. The creamy cheddar grits are the perfect comfort food. Highly recommend ordering them as a side as well. The side salads are also delicious and a generous size. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available.

Wonderful find just outside the craziness of the tourist main drag. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice music playing overhead. Great photo art on the walls for sale. Picasso like artwork of chickens on the tabletops. Great date location. Happy hour drink prices are only $6 and delicious. Not watered down either. The house side salad was large enough to share and the in house made orange sesame dressing is delicious. The crab cakes were very good with plenty of crab, not just filler. My date asked for her steak to be cooked well, no pink. First attempt was not successful but second attempt was just right and it didn't come out tough. It was still tender and tasty. Dessert was Key lime pie/cheesecake. It was to die for. Huge slice. Definitely shareable. Our server Lucas was knowledgeable and personable. Excellent at his job. A definite stop again when we vacation in the area again.

Get the Reuben! Ask for Shelby! Great lunch spot and one of the few good places on 30a. Don’t forget to ask for their cookies! They’re truly the best. Especially the coconut ones

Great little restaurant. Great food and service. This is my wife’s favorite place to eat in the panhandle. This is a hidden gem.

We hosted my daughter’s bridesmaid’s luncheon at Chanticleer this past weekend. Meg and her staff did an amazing job. She set up a mimosa station and we were able to use the back room for the bridesmaids. We were able to decorate and make it really cute. We ordered off the lunch menu and everything we ordered was phenomenal. It was a great spot to host a luncheon! Highly, highly recommend.

Great food, my dad said the reuben was the best he's ever had. The tuna was fresh and the bread sides were really good too. The inside atmosphere is nothing special but the patio is really cute.
