Charcuterie by Shelli

Just a week before heading to Florida (and on a holiday weekend!!), I messaged Shelli and she kindly managed to squeeze me in with a charcuterie board, fruit tray, and scrumptious sliders glazed with butter and garlic. They delivered about 5pm and we dove into the Charcuterie board while we finished unpacking. Then the next day we ate that delicious fruit! Was so nice packing some for the beach :-). She did me a big favor by not cooking the sliders beforehand; she had them ready to be popped in the oven - and we did just that when we got back from the beach - perfect! We put one pan in one day, and did the same thing with the other pan the next day. So good, so easy.

I will definitely order again the next time we vacation in Florida! But I’ll do it about three weeks early. Lol. So we can try more of what she offers. I appreciate her fitting is in on such short notice ♥️.

Just a quick note … I know it’s not always cost effective to order out like this. But it was worth every penny and next year I will fit it into the budget beforehand. It was a special treat for my family and we were so pleased.

**Charcuterie by Shelli – A Total Hit on Our 30A in May Compass Boat Cruise**

We had the absolute pleasure of having *Charcuterie by Shelli* create custom boards for our Compass agent boat cruise along 30A in May, and WOW – she completely knocked it out of the park!

The presentation was stunning – fresh, colorful, and artfully arranged. You could tell Shelli puts a lot of love and creativity into what she does. Each board was packed with a perfect mix of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and other thoughtful touches.

Not only were they beautiful, but everything tasted amazing – super fresh and full of flavor. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and classy cruise on the water.
