Crust Artisan Bakery in Santa Rosa Beach is a gem. The food speaks for itself – fresh, coastal, and done with real care. The seafood dish was packed with flavor, loaded with shrimp, mussels, and clams in a rich broth, and the salads and starters were just as strong, clean, and balanced instead of heavy or overdone.
What really makes this place stand out is Kim, the owner/server. Her hospitality is the real deal. The inside dining room was completely sold out, but she still found a way to take care of us, setting us up on the covered patio and making sure we were comfortable the whole time. She checked on us often without hovering and clearly takes pride in both the food and the guest experience.
If you want excellent food with genuine, personal service instead of tourist churn, Crust Artisan Bakery is absolutely worth the stop.

A True Destin Gem – Our Favorite Place to Eat!
Crust Artisan Bakery is hands-down our favorite restaurant in Destin. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth, hospitality, and passion that Kim (the owner) pours into everything she does. She is absolutely amazing—every single time!
The food is nothing short of spectacular. Every dish is crafted with care, bursting with authentic flavor and presented beautifully. From the appetizers to the mains to the desserts, we’ve never had a single bite that wasn’t incredible. The house-made pastas, fresh seafood, wood-fired specialties, and indulgent desserts are all unforgettable.
The atmosphere is lively yet welcoming, perfect for gathering with friends or enjoying an intimate evening. Our group always leaves full, happy, and already talking about what we’ll order the next time.
Kim and her team have created something truly special here. If you’re in Destin and don’t stop by Crust, you’re missing out on the best dining experience in town. Highly recommend—every visit is a 10/10!
