⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped by Frost Bites today for a treat and were seriously blown away! Even though they were super busy, the guy who helped us went above and beyond—his customer service was out of this world. He was kind, patient, and made the whole experience fun for the kids. Our son got lime with the super sour added and said it was hands-down the BEST shaved ice he’s ever had. Our daughter got a “rainbow” and he helped her to pick the flavors. Huge thank you to the team at Frost Bites for making our day sweet, sour, and so much fun!

Tons of options, great location, friendly service, massive snow cones. Only downside is the line takes quite a while…It seems like if one person handled the money, one person scooped the ice, and one other person added the flavors they could get people in and out in half the time. Just a thought.

Waited over 25 minutes in a line of about 10-12 people. By the time there was still five people still waiting in front of me, I had to leave because the rest of my group had already ordered ice cream from another store, ate it, then walked around the area and wanted to leave. It looks like the people in front of me ordered shaved ice which should not take that long to prepare and serve.
I wish I could’ve tried the actual shaved ice, but I wasn’t planning on waiting that long for a $10 dessert that I could make several times in that time frame myself.
If there’s a line, don’t waste your time.

Unfortunately I was only able to eat about half of the snow cone because it was made to be bigger on the top and melted off… I’ve never experienced anything like it—we made a trail all the way back to our house. We waited in line for ~10 minutes and the employee did not say hi.. had to listen to her go on to her coworker about Tinder dates for a while before she looked our direction. When we were done, she didn’t say anything and continued to talk to her coworker. We just simply didn’t feel valued or like our business was appreciated. We felt like we were interrupting. Last year it went super well and we had none of these issues.

Delicious shaved ice in seaside. Also try the frozen custard. The cookies and cream was very good! Get the vanilla frozen custard at bottom if shaved ice too. Get good!
