The employee (who is the only front counter employee) is very rude. Instead of good customer service she gets very snappy and extremely loud.

For this to be the only location close by we don’t have many around anymore , the reward system doesn’t work. Their speaker doesn’t work good the employees are not well. They rush you to order and don’t make sure your order is correct. The phone line doesn’t work. Their lobby is closed. What else I can name next wrong with this location? I drove all the way from Fort Walton Beach to enjoy this location and it was a total flip. I’m so upset about my service here. They had you food out the window with no bag because he did not ring up my fries 🍟 just a total disappointment mess :-(
We go specifically because my husband won't eat biscuits from ANYWHERE else

Try to get a decent meal for dinner. Always loved going to the Hardee’s restaurants. However, I literally waited 10 minutes at the drive-through waiting to order. I saw the manager get in her car and leave, and then her worker was taking trash out and did not care about me waiting at drive-through. I will be honest you have better chance going somewhere else to get better service. Obviously they didn’t want to take my money.
