My husband and I came here more times that we should admit during our weekend visit...because it is so so good! I loved the biscotti and caramel gelato - and my husband came back again for more of the cookies and cream ice cream! The shakes looked delicious too. Family friendly, and a lot of VERY happy little kids running around outside with their ice creams! They also serve Lavazza espresso, which is a personal favorite :) 5/5!Dietary restrictions: vegan friendly options available!

We stopped here unexpectedly. We were getting ready to go, but it was cold and one of our group of four noticed this place had dessert. Ice cream to be precise, except in this case because it was cold, no one got this, and instead we opted for their drinks. One cappuccino and three hot chocolates later, we were all fuzzy warm and ready to leave town. Have to say that the lady who attended us was super sweet and I wish we had gotten her name.

Busy area on Santa Rosa Beach in North Florida. Lots of shopping and other restaurants in the same center. The flavor choices were good and the quality of the gelato was ok. Very crowded on a Saturday night.

The work Allie did such a nice job with my friends who were very rude she never lost her temper once and was very helpful and even gave us handsanitizer from her own purse a truly wonderful woman! Give her a raise!!

Loved that there were dairy-free options; this was the only place I was able to find with dairy-free icecream that wasn’t just sorbet like most places.
We had great experience both times visiting this past week. My son loved their cookies & cream ice cream. Husband enjoyed their brownie explosion and I had the cold brew gelato. The girls both times were so nice & even under a ton of pressure and long lines they were accommodating to answering questions.

Whoever created this ice cream sundae really needs to scoop back to ice cream school. The lack of nuts on this sundae is more shocking than realizing you've run out of ice cream on a hot summer day. I mean, how can a sundae just go nuts-free? Isn't that a cardinal sin in the holy book of Ice Creamology?And the whipped cream! Oh my. It was like the Matterhorn of whipped cream. It felt like I was doing an arctic expedition just to find my ice cream. But let's not forget the chocolate, or should I say the chocolate that went on vacation. We don't need a chocolate drizzle, we need a chocolate downpour!So next time, let's create a sundae that's not just Sunday-worthy, but a treat for the whole week. Let's make it a chocolaty, nutty, and sensibly whipped creamed treat of delight. That’s the ice cream sundae we deserve, not a dessert masquerading as a fluffy cloud with a no-nut policy.

I went to this ice cream place down the street and it was amazing! The customer service was top-notch and the staff was very friendly especially this sweet girl named Ava. She was very patient with me as I took my time deciding on what flavor I wanted. I eventually decided on a scoop of vainilla . The ice cream was so creamy and flavorful, it was like nothing I had ever tasted before wish i could have gotten some pics of how pretty it looked will for sure next time I come. Overall, it was definitely a 5-star experience and I can't wait to go back again!

The strawberry ice cream was good but my complaint is the employee did NOT listen when I told her I did not agree to voluntary fee added for arts and entertainment and not charge me that fee . She said ok then charged me the fee anyways. It’s not the amount but principle when I said I don’t want to pay it. I was unhappy and pointed out she did NOT do as I asked and then she said oh sorry I can’t take the fee off - it’s too late now. I said I told you I didn’t want to pay it but you charged me anyways and she said sorry . I said that’s ok no tip as I always tip but won’t as you didn’t do as I asked.
