$27 for two milkshakes in a crappy styrofoam cup is crazy.
Additionally, my girlfriend fell shortly after we left and dropped her shake (she hadn’t drank anything). They charged me for a remake. Who tf does that

I absolutely love this place. The cashiers were so helpful and patient with an 8 and 13 year old picking flavors. Large sizes for decent price and so many flavors. Wish we had went twice while we were in Santa Rosa. The little shop is quaint but so friendly. Will be coming back in a few months for sure!!

Decent shaved ice but was not as soft as Hawaii. The flavors were so so. The ice cream was very good though. Prices were alright.

This place is a hidden gem !!! Was amazing after the beach but honestly it would have been great no matter what. Friendly staff and yummy options of shaved ice, Ice cream or shakes (all good)

Tried sorbet here while on vacation and it was SO good! Highly recommend! There wasn’t a line either which is always nice for the area.
Best shaved ice on 30A. Decent parking and seating too.
