Very good shaved ice and ice cream; however, the employees were rushing us to make a decision and get the hell out for some reason. This was our first time there so we had no clue what flavors they had and the employees made us feel like we should have known what we wanted before walking in…

Ok is the best word. Maybe we went on an off day but the guy working seemed bothered that people were there. No recommendations when asked. Didn't pack the shaved ice so it was halfway melted when he handed it to us. Others even went back to ask for more shaved ice. Kind of disappointing....

Awesome Hawaiian shave ice. Delicious ice cream. Island feel. Reminded me of living in Hawaii. Definitely recommend the 808.

Great shakes. Friendly staff. Looks clean. Key lime pie ice cream is DELICIOUS. One of the best chocolate peanut butter shakes I’ve had.

The flavors were good and there are so many to choose from!

This was our first time here, but the staff were not helpful and when we did ask for a recommendation they were not interested in giving one. Very frustrating.

Additionally, my girlfriend fell shortly after we left and dropped her shake (she hadn’t drank anything). They charged me for a remake. Who tf does that

I absolutely love this place. The cashiers were so helpful and patient with an 8 and 13 year old picking flavors. Large sizes for decent price and so many flavors. Wish we had went twice while we were in Santa Rosa. The little shop is quaint but so friendly. Will be coming back in a few months for sure!!

Decent shaved ice but was not as soft as Hawaii. The flavors were so so. The ice cream was very good though. Prices were alright.
