Recently moved within walking distance.

They have great tasting espresso.

I've tried their frappe and it was superior to others I've tried in the area. Doesn't taste like you're drinking from a sugar barrel. Great balance of coffee and sweetness. Great depth of flavor. I loved it.

I ask for a Maple Latte usually. Today, I tried their Salted Maple Latte. All have been great tasting.

They have real fruit smoothies, unlike almost 85% of cafes I've encountered. I was very pleased to find that they use whole fruit.

Lance and Nicki (hope I have the spelling correctly), are a joy talk to. Very sociable people.

Check out the Big Poppa coffee. It comes with a sticker and it's Lance's face. LOL! It's just the funniest/coolest/spunkiest thing- I love it!

As a coffee snob, I spent a week in the area and tried all of the coffee shops and Kith + Kin is far and away the best coffee around. Super flavorful fresh roasted beans. Lance and Nikki are great, and I highly recommend chatting with them if the line is short! I look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future as they expand their operations.

I love the outdoor seating, and there is plenty of parking. A permanent awning would be nice for the rain. The coffee was decent. I really wish they would open a bit earlier.

Always my go to every morning! Nicki and Lance are the bomb dot com! They are friendly and welcoming. My iced americano is always on point and very affordable too which is a plus. Definitely worth the stop if you are on 30A visiting or in the Santa Rosa Beach area

Nicki and Lance are the sweetest owners of Kith and Kin. The knowledge of all coffee is great and they take their time with helping you decide which drink you want if you don’t know already. Bonus it’s right near the beach so a perfect coffee and beach day. You won’t regret stopping by truly the best coffee.

Literally the BEST coffee on 30A!!! Roasted in house. Consistent service and flavor every time. Ingredients + quality is totally unmatched. Great for families and moms wanting a coffee to meet a friend or even grab to go for a walk on the beach!
