I'm always a little suspect of one star reviews when I have just the opposite experience. I went tonight with a large group of 14 people. This restaurant was one couple's recommendation. On the way driving there, I read the reviews and told my husband, "oh no!" I am so happy to report that I had a completely opposite experience! Luis was our waiter and he got every single order correct. The dishes were served very timely, the chips were warm, and every single person loved the food they ordered! I ordered the carnitas- which is a dish I judge Mexican restaurants by. They were fabulous! We all had drinks, and again, everything came on time, hot and tasty! Kudos to Luis for his service and kudos to this very good Mexican restaurant!

they dont know how to fucking get the food right. the service was terrible. i asked for a tortillion with rice and chicken ans they gave me everything on it. i cant even eat the food because im allergic to some ingredients so i paided for nothing. its shit rancheros

Food and service was a huge mistake, I should've taken the other reviews more seriously. I came on a Wednesday (visiting for business) and got the chimichanga special. I took one bite, looked at my partner and said "Is it ok if we just put this in a box so I can heat it up in the microwave at the hotel?" It was so cold it threw my whole appetite, but I'm not usually one to complain. In light of how bad it was, I almost did complain except our server never quality checked us so we sat there awkwardly for 30 minutes with empty glasses, watching my partner eat before I had to interrupt him rolling silverware to ask for check/boxes everything. The restaurant itself has great ambience if you're just drinking, but if you're coming here to dine, save your money.

I have been here about 5 times. The food is always good but the service is never that great. But I visited a couple days ago and my waitress was up by the podium dancing instead of getting me a glass of water. I'm 99% sure I was her only table because I could see her standing around talking to other coworkers dancing etc. I finished my food before she came and checked on me. I waited probably 10 mins for her to bring my check.

Horrible experience! 12 kids drinking and loud using profanity made our experience horrific! There was no management there and kids were out of control!! We asked to speak to management and was told they were just kids celebrating! Well, what about other families that got up and left do we not count? Take control of your restaurant before y’all open the new one!!!!!! Food was also bad. My friend had to send her food back twice to be heated. Restaurant was not kid friendly!!
