We had an incredible experience and really enjoyed our time there. The food was incredible! I loved having the chef come out before each course and giving the background and information behind how they were crafted. It was such a unique and intimate experience that we will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area! We will certainly be back!

This is hands down the best dining experience on 30A, if not Florida. It is genuine, caring, delicious. 100% michelin star worth. The selfish side of me hopes they get their Michelin star soon so I can brag about being there before it happened.I live in the area and will take every person that visits to M&P anytime they visit. If i don’t have visitors I will go solo, it is spectacular. The chef is amazing and deserves every award he receives and more.I can’t wait to go back.Their service is spectacular, the food is unbelievable, there is nothing like this in the area. The staff is exceptional, they have everything down to a science. They should be training the rest of the 30A restaurants, they were exceptional. The only bad note I have is I worry how popular this spot will become. I love being able to get a reservation in the next few weeks. That soon will be difficult if not impossible.I’m so happy that will become a problem.I will be back as often as possible, and I will recommend M&P to every person I meet.

M&P restaurant on 30a . . . incredible food and experience. M&P just recently opened (within the past month). This is a must-go when you are in the Blue Mountain Beach area. Chef Will was awesome; an incredible chef, very personable and not pretentious in any respects, and just made an already fantastic meal even better with the discussions about the recipes, sourcing, preparation, etc., tying stories back to his background and experience. My wife and I always find our food experiences (and wines we focus on) are accentuated when we form some level of personal connection beyond what we are consuming. While I could go on to give endless descriptions of each course we had last night, each was fantastic and left us with a memorable experience to tell. We definitely will be back.

We had a lovely dinner at M&P this week. We are local and the experience you’ll have here is fun and different than any other restaurant in the area. Be prepared to be “wowed” and also to spend $$$$ (appropriately so).We especially loved the caviar tater tot and Alaskan halibut with collard greens. The crispy chicken skin on the sous vide chicken and gnocchi was sublime! I wasn’t able to enjoy the pre-fixe dessert due to dietary constraints, but my husband said the carrot cake was one of the best he’s ever had. Servings are a pinch small, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I do think there should be a server specifically dedicated to taking care of alcohol refills. We don’t drink, but we did have to ask for more water several times. It’ll be awesome to see this place grow and become even better with time. I’d LOVE to see menu offerings that extend beyond the Omakaze set, as well as earlier seating times. Outdoor dining as a seasonal option might be nice later on.The entire dinner presentation is just under 3 hours long as of Feb 2024. I believe it was 7-8 total courses, including palate cleanser and digestif tea.The vibe is romantic and refined, but not stuffy. All of the staff were friendly and seemed to want to please their guests overall. They were also able to accommodate for my allergy needs — just make sure to call in advance!I do look forward to my next visit, as M&P continues to bloom.Dietary restrictions: They’re still working this out to a high standard, but they can accommodate. Call in advance.Parking: Ample parking at this time.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Chef Will knocks it out of the park not only with his food, but with his staff and his ambiance. We went here for my birthday seeing the newly opened restaurant on social media and decided we would give it a try for my birthday. It did not disappoint! They went above and beyond and created a truly exceptional experience for us. We will be back. Will and Avery, thank you for hosting us ?

I enjoyed an incredibly special meal at the new M&P this past weekend. I knew we were in for a treat the moment we were welcomed into the restaurant. The space is elegant, inviting, and so beautiful. As we enjoyed our welcome glass of champagne, we snacked on sunchoke chips that were so different and SO tasty. Many details throughout the night were like this- very thoughtful and unlike any other restaurant I have ever been to. Each course took us on a journey inspired by stories and experiences of the chef/owner William Farrington. I loved this personal touch. I have often wondered what the inspiration was for certain dishes at places I’ve eaten. Not only did it provide perspective, it also invited me in, as the various flavors and dishes evoked sense memories of my own. Every part of the meal was delicious, from start to finish. The sauces were outstanding, I will dream of the chicken velouté, consommé, and dashi. The wine pairings introduced us to some regions we had not yet explored within the US. I loved the opportunity to enjoy and learn more about these beautiful wines. It was an amazing evening and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Whether you are local or visiting the area, M&P is not to be missed.

M&P is an "American Omakase" restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach, near Seaside, FL. Dishes highlighted regional American cuisine in delicious and elevated style across all six courses. Standouts included the "Tater Tot" with caviar, Sunday Pot Roast, and the Carrot Cake. Sauces were impeccable throughout and added depth of flavor to each course. The beverage pairing was used to highlight lesser celebrated wine-growing regions of the US, including Michigan, Virginia, and the Finger Lakes. Overall, an outstanding experience and am looking forward to going back.

True 5 star experience, food and location were excellent but the mark of a true dining experience in this day and age is hospitality. I enjoyed a professional level of hospitality and service rarely seen in this era of dining. I will be back.

My first omakase experience was absolutely delicious! From the romantic ambiance to the meticulously crafted courses, every aspect of the evening showcased the chef's passion for creating an unforgettable dining experience. The (one) photo I captured of the first course, featuring creatively prepared tater tots, is a testament to the chef's creativity. The braised short rib ravioli with mashed potatoes was my favorite dish of the night. The wine pairing added to the experience, with the chef's wife sharing the stories behind each selection.I highly recommend this restaurant for a fun and different dining experience that combines artistry, flavors, and romance.

M&P came at the recommendation of friends from the area, since I was going to be in town on vacation. After experiencing the welcoming and intimate atmosphere provided by this upstart restaurant, not to mention some amazing complexly flavored dishes, I’m going to make sure I tell anyone I know visiting Santa Rosa Beach to check this place out!

Do yourself a favor and eat here while you can still get a reservation! The food was creative, yet approachable. We especially loved the pot roast raviolo and the Alaskan halibut in a delicious ramen broth. Overall incredible experience with excellent service!
