Costa family doesn’t seem to care about service. Takes 10 minutes to get food the order is typically wrong. I was handed the wrong order 3 times in the drive thru then asked to give it back so they can give to the correct person. Seriously gross

Terrible staff, asked for sauce and it’s an up charge? Last time it wasn’t so the inconsistency is annoying. Paid the sauce fee to watch the drive through employee just set down the money and not use the register as well as have an attitude. I would give this a negative star if it was possible

This location has turned into how all the other fast food options in Santa Rosa Beach have turned into, it not worse. Placed a mobile order for breakfast before the menu was over, waited in line for mobile pickup in the store for over 20 minutes. Passed up by multiple employees who dont even acknowledge people waiting needing to be helped. Over 30 minutes after the order was placed (after an employee said they'd be with me 'in a minute' and that minute being more like 5), the shift supervisor came up and said she couldn't do anything about it and they cant make the order now. Didn't even offer options to make things right and just said to call customer service in the mobile app. Didn't even offer to fulfill the drink part of our order.
Hopefully this location gets it together or closes down.

They are usually good. But there is a rude lady that service and gives the food in the front counter. Said rude things for Jo reason, as I was walking out. We didn’t even have a confrontation, and I had no complaints. So I don’t know why she decided to be rude, but I hope someone can look at the camera and fix the attitude problem with that’s specific employee…

Absolutely disgusting. We waited almost an HOUR for just a couple of items. On top of that, the lady making the food had no gloves on and her fingernails looked nasty as hell. That’s straight up unsanitary and gross. This place is a joke slow, dirty, and careless. Won’t ever waste my time or money here again.
