Mimmo's 30a Ristorante Italiano

10/10 recommend Mimmos 30A! Be sure to visit the bar with Donte — he was fabulous and truly a GREAT bartender. We’re locals and dine at Mimmos 30A and Destin regularly, but the server can really make all the difference. Thank you, Donte, for making it such a great night!

A beautiful restaurant, attentive staff, and some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten. Can't recommend this place any higher.

We came here for a birthday dinner…brought people from out of town because we thought it would be excellent…food is excellent but we had horrible service…two meals came out incorrect…one meal came out when everyone was finished eating…ordered ice tea, never got it…brought dessert out for birthday without asking what birthday person preferred,..I am so embarrassed because we talked this place up as a great place…we were presented full bill at the end …blamed everything on a new server but management knew what happened throughout our dinner…it wouldn’t have taken much to make us happy but because it was so poorly handled we were not happy and unfortunately will think twice about bringing new people here again.

This is a must visit place for Italian food. The food was fresh and delicious and the cocktails were crafty and strong. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious. Matthew our server was very pleasant and took very good care of us. Would definitely recommend for food as well as the ambience and the service. Make sure to reserve a table especially in busy seasons and on weekends!

Good food

Loved Mimmo’s 30A, sophisticated atmosphere in a location that’s rather exclusive, not very busy (30A turned out to be a serene stretch with gorgeous, pricey homes lining the coast). Food was delicious, though I felt that the risotto left much to be desired (could’ve been more flavorful, less soupy, the rice less soggy). Service was excellent, thank you for accommodating our big party.

Great Restaurant!

The food was great but they really need to work on their service. We made dinner reservations to celebrate a bachelorette and the hostess didn’t even greet us, just asked if we had a reservation and overall had a weird attitude with us. We then got seated and still the vibe was weird. Our server was very attentive and nice but other servers that were helping didn’t even greet us. One server got annoyed at us for asking for utensils and gave handed them to us with an attitude. This really killed our mood and kind of ruined our night to be honest. We were expecting better from a place that seems so upscale. Should’ve gone to Boragos instead for good service and welcoming vibes.

What an incredible well run team of professionals! From the GM running the show at the door seating people, to every single person working the floor. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious. Chicken Carbonara, Chicken Parm, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Spaghetti Marinara. The garlic knots so good. Family of four with two kids and we loved every bot of the experience! Thank you Mimmos!

The atmosphere was great and the service was great! We had a party of four friends, three were in town visiting. The food was just mediocre. When they bring out some extra Parmigiano-Reggiano it is the kind in a shaker, not freshly grated cheese. This was disappointing to my friends. And was disappointing to me the first time I went there.

If you want to take your time and enjoy a long meal with wine, cocktails and friends beware. My group of 8 was asked to get up from the table and carry our unfinished bottles of wine to the pizza station to finish. The server wanted to go ahead and seat another party and needed a larger table. We were not aware of a time limit and the entire meal felt rushed. We were in and out in less than 90 minutes.
