2nd time here and we were quite disappointed from our first visit. The noise level was very loud. They should have a decibel level indicator similar to football games but with the purpose of being a little less loud. Drinks and food were very slow in getting to our table and manager explained it away saying that they had a table of 50 to serve. They need to concentrate on their tables of 2 and 4.

Great atmosphere, but the food is mediocre and the pours are stingy. This restaurant is within walking distance of my home, but it’s never on the list. We gave it a good try several times. Just not worth the money. His cousin, Pazzo, is doing a better job. I suggest Pazzo’s.

It was our first time at Mimmo’s. I had the vodka pasta and my husband had the meat lasagna. Both dishes were outstanding, as well as the bread. The only thing that really tainted our experience was the service. It took 5-7 minutes for any staff member to speak to us besides the hostess that sat us. One finally asked if we had been helped and proceeded to serve us. Towards the end of our meal (around 8:45, they close at 9), our waiter took off his apron, and the rest of the staff started closing up the place. This including sweeping and shutting off some of the lights. I’ve worked in the service industry and this was seen as rude and untoward. I’ve never worked in a restaurant that we were allowed to both take off our uniforms and start closing while customers were still present. Really sad because the food was incredible.

I asked for a reservation at 7:30 for 4 people and the worker hung up on me. I didn’t say ANYTHING else. For 0 reason at all. Fix your staff it’s embarrassing.

We just were running up before 5pm to grab salad, pizza and dessert. No where did it say reservations required, nor was the restaurant anywhere close to full. The front desk people made a big deal over us not having reservations, there was no room for us. Ok so as we prepared to live, we can sit you at the pizza bar. Ok. So many ways that could have been handled but made our entire family feel a little awkward. We eat at nice restaurants on a regular basis and never had an interaction quite like that, if there is no room the best interaction is to just let the guests know they are full. It took 3 different people pointing out no reservations, making us feel like we needed to leave and then seating us at the bar. Which was fine, the bread, pizza and salad were delicious! The Tiramisu was amazing! The server was incredible, the front desk was disappointing.

First time coming here. It was busy, so get a reservation if you don't want to wait. Started off with the calamari. It was disappointing. Over cooked and rubbery. The rest of the meal made up for it. The pizza was fantastic. Wood fired pizza. Not greasy. My wife's seafood pasta (special of the day) was amazing. Service was really good even though it was packed. Definitely give it a try.

First time here, from friendly service to the Homemade in house pasta, so Yummy ?
We loved this restaurant. The menu is amazing! Every plate that passed by our table looked delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our grouper and chicken parmesan. Both were excellent! There is also a nice bar. The restaurant was full and busy, so reservations are recommended.
