Outcast Bar & Grill

I agree with the last review. My husband and I went to this restaurant yesterday. We’re locals and wanted to try it because of the high rating. Unfortunately, we didn’t like it. The waitress didn’t seem to care, we waited a long time for our food, and my husband ordered fries, but she brought us rice instead. When we told her, she just said “OK” and walked away. She brought the fries only when we had already finished eating and were ready to leave. In the end, the bill for the two of us was $110 (we only had two meals and two sodas), and we still left a 20% tip even though she didn’t deserve it. The prices are too high for this kind of place and such poor service.

I am shocked the reviews are so high. Our food was $80 for two adults and two kids and it was cold and not appealing frankly. I wouldn't come here again. The person that took our order was rude as well.

I 10/10 recommend visiting Outcast Bar and Grill in Santa Rosa Beach! The food is fantastic, and our waitress, Caroline, was beyond exceptional. She went above and beyond, bringing our meal and drinks with a cheerful smile that made us feel truly welcomed. We will definitely be back to visit again!

Caroline at Outcast Bar and Grill was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked on us often without being overbearing and had such a great personality that really made our visit enjoyable. The food came out fast and exactly how we ordered it, and Caroline made the whole experience even better with her positive energy and great service. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time — we’ll be asking for her next time we come in!

Had a great evening at the OutKast bar and Grill in Santa Rosa Beach. The service was great. The wings were hit for sure and the service by Haley was outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful evening. We will be coming back very soon.!!

Place was great for my first time coming, awesome food. Our waitress Haylee was above and beyond with great expertise on drinks I had never tried. Also she helped me find a great burger since I’m picky. I definitely recommend
