Palm Folly Hard Seltzer

Palm Folly is the kind of spot that instantly feels like part of the community. Walking in with my dog, who quickly took on the role of unofficial door greeter, set the tone for a laid-back and welcoming experience. The staff didn’t just tolerate it, they leaned into it by giving her a treat, smiling and making us feel right at home. The taproom has a fun and coastal energy, the kind of place where you can lose track of time tasting through the lineup. The hard seltzers stand out from the usual store-bought stuff because they’re brewed with real fruit puree, so the flavor actually pops without being chemically. It’s also nice that they offer different ABV options depending on how light or bold you want to go. The food is more in the casual snack lane, but the pretzels and pizzas hit the spot. Service was attentive without being pushy, and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy working there which makes the vibe contagious. Between the dog-friendly policy, the clean space, and the balance of tourists and locals, Palm Folly nails that blend of brewery hangout and neighborhood clubhouse. It’s the kind of place you tell friends about and want to bring them back to, whether for a quick drink, a longer night with snacks, or just to let your pup play greeter again.

Such a hidden gem! I love the concept of a brewery specializing in seltzers—light, refreshing, and still packing a solid ABV. Every flavor I tried was crisp and unique. Huge shoutout to Myia, who is the absolute bee’s knees! She really knows her seltzers and her passion for the brewing process shines through. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Walked in and was welcomed warmly and immediately by Myia. She was giving a spiel of the drinks to another guest and got me involved in it also. She was very knowledgeable of the 9 seltzers and 1 IPA (which is nice for an IPA drinker like myself) and had no problem discussing them.
This is my first time here after learning about them at a beer festival and I had to stop by on my way through and will come by again on my next trip!!!
