We came here summer of 23 and had a great experience. Bread service was fantastic, main plates had delicious flavor and quality ingredients, service was friendly and straight forward, and the decor was cozy and chic. We ordered a mix of pastas, specialty dishes and pizzas. 9/10 experience then. However we recently returned in March 2024 and did not have the same experience. Service was good and the decor was the same but there was one key change. The ingredient quality was severely diminished. The bread service was replaced with what felt like basic sandwich bread that was toasted instead of the focaccia that they served the year prior (oil dip was still tasty). We split a caprese salad, which was tasty but in a basic way; the tomatoes weren't really that special (seemed to use your average Roma tomato) and the mozz was standard (could've easily been the Costco pre-sliced mozz) on top of a bed of lettuce and topped with some shredded basil. I ordered the chicken parm again, but the chicken was seemingly processed, which was very off putting (flavor was still good, though a little different). My wife ordered the penne vodka with chicken, and had the same feedback--processed weird chicken slices, and the penne noodles were almost certainly store bought de cecco penne noodles but slightly under cooked, the flavor was decent but not as good as we remembered it. For the prices charged, the chicken should be fresh and Milanese'd in house and the noodles should be handmade. Penne was $29 (imo it should be no more than $16) with chicken and the parm was $27 (imo should be priced at $17 max). The caprese was $16-18, I can't exactly recall. Overall, based on our latest visit, I would consider this restaurant to be extremely overpriced. I wish I could say that it was the same great experience the 2nd time coming here but unfortunately not so. Giving this one 3 stars bc the flavors are solid but overall has a lot of room to improve.

We ordered take-out after a long day of driving to get to Santa Rosa Beach. We had the Pazzo salad which was awesome, Capallini Al Pomodoro (loves it), and the classic Spaghetti with marinara which my wife enjoyed. The inside looked very nice and next time we'll dine in. Great food overall! Thank you!

Great pizza and cocktails! We had a few creative mock-tails and tried their vegetarian pizza with eggplant. It was excellent!

Ordered 2 pizza’s for over $50 and was cold soggy and bland. Picked up within 10 min of ordering. Felt like I was inconveniencing them by picking up… unfriendly and not welcoming. Save your money!

Delicious pizza, bread knots, chicken Parm and lasagna. The lasagna did come out lukewarm and not hot. My little pet peeve for food to not come out streaming hot. We didn't make reservations on a Saturday so we had to sit at the pizza bar, which ended up not being so bad. Watching them make the food was actually nice. I will make reservations next time since the busy season is starting.

We very much enjoyed our meal as well as the service. We had 4 kids (one toddler) and 3 other kids so the fact they took reservations and actually got us in a little early was greatly appreciated. Will definitely return.

Nice little place with polite and attentive staff. Music was a little too loud in our dining room off the bar area. We do love Italian food and our family rated this food between a 3 and 4 (out of 5 stars). We had veal piccatta, chicken parm and penne ala vodka. Large portions.

So we come into Pazzo for lunch. It was a lunch meeting and there were only 3 of us. I lived in Sicily for 12 years, so I love Italian cuisine. First, we came into an Italian restaurant playing Mariachi music. That's kind of strange, almost made we want a Taco. So I degres, then they put 3 grown men in the smallest booth. I am 6'1 215 and I am the smallest. We get a menu. One guy goes to give his order and ask about the spaghetti sauce, and nothing, told it was good meat sauce. So he orders that and knots. The second guy orders a meatball sub. I am so confused by this point that I decided to go with the easiest Italian food there is calamari. Who cooks their calamari like that in a restaurant? I enjoyed how they packaged it reminded me of being in the market in Sicily, walking around not sitting at a restaurant. We get our food, the guy who ordered spaghetti ate that and some knots and enjoyed his food. He is a stugotz because the "meat sauce" looked horrible. The second guy, Meatball sub, looked like it came out of the microwave. Then, to my Calamari, what stugotz thought that was a good way to cook it and serve it? We paid almost 120 dollars on a lunch that sucked and made me look like an idiot because I picked the place. Back in February of 2023, I do believe I was here and enjoyed it, but who knows. Maybe I am the stugotz to have a meeting at a restaurant I don't frequent often. The prices are too high for lunch, and the way you serve your water is cute but not realistic. The server was nice, and she was trying her best, but I am sure she knew we weren't happy. Good luck, I am sure next time I am in the area, I will check if it has improved.

Everything about our dining experience was superb. The restaurant was welcoming, warm and cozy. We had excellent service from a huge staff that all took the time to ensure that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely wonderful. Everything we ordered was delicious and served hot. Our server, William, took excellent care of us and made great recommendations. Our table was in a great location that allowed us to hear each other speak. We will definitely be back.

Great service, atmosphere, and food! This is our third time visiting this restaurant, and they are consistent in their level of service. We ordered the Caprese salad, Fettuccine Bolognese, and the pizza Capricciosa this time. Everything was delicious! Certainly, we will continue coming back.
