I absolutely Love Pecan Jacks ice cream. Matt, Ava and Barnes were super nice and so helpful! Their chocolates are Fabulous also! Make sure you stop in and say “Hi” to Matt!

Andy, Jake, and Logan were amazing! They let us sample every single flavor on the menu. It was so fun, we enjoyed all the flavors! Banana pudding, key lime, blueberry lavender, peach, and bourbon pecan were my top favorites. Pecan Jacks is our favorite ice cream place, but these guys definitely made it a fun experience.

I just had the best scoop of ice cream I’ve had in years at this place. The flavor was called Elvis. No wonder, because this flavor is the elite king flavor of ice cream. Do yourself a flavor, try it!

We stopped by while visiting my parents in Santa Rosa, and let me say that this place sells one of, if not the best, ice creams I have ever tasted. Andy, the blond young salesman, was outstanding! he spoke like a general manager and certainly deserves 5 stars! He recommended we try the banana flavor and Oh boy! We will definitely go back for more.

Great ice cream & great service! Reasonable prices for the area too. We were shocked when they handed us a full list of all the allergies for each ice cream. Our daughter has a red dye allergy and it was immensely helpful to see what she could and couldn’t have. This is our new go to ice cream spot.

Sweetest sweet shop ever! Quaint, and colorful! We loved the look on our granddaughters face whenever we brought her here! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! Happy to provide Samples of the wonderful ice cream, as well as the amazing cashew brittle, which we purchased a bag of it! We came on a Sunday afternoon in November, and loved it because it wasn’t busy, & we were able to take our time! The chocolate covered marshmallow was one of the treats our granddaughter enjoyed! Highly recommend checking out this Sweet Shop! Lots of outdoor, patio seating! Can’t wait to come back for some ice cream 🍨! Came back and had some ice cream and it didn’t disappoint! We were offered samples to help us decide which flavor to choose!

Parking: We rode our bikes. Lots of people walk and have golf carts. Fun place to walk and enjoy the fun shops.

Kid-friendliness: Of course it is paradise for kids, as well as anyone the has a sweet tooth. Also has cute souvenirs and packaged ice cream in a freezer, for take out.

This place is on point with thier ice cream!! From the perfect consistency to the flavor combinations!!! Cashew brittle is a must. No one does it better than Pecan Jack's!!!

Pecan Jacks is always a go to for me and my wife while on vacation in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Their red velvet ice cream specifically is my personal favorite ice cream I have ever had - no exageration. Not only is their ice cream incredible, but it is workers like Andy who make this an experience, rather than just dining. Andy was warm, friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help us with our selection while also getting to know ur story. Customer Service seems to be rarer and rarer nowadays, so if you want to find it... head to Pecan Jacks! Ask for Andy if he is working!

So many delicious and unique flavors, all made in house. Tried the Banana Pudding ice cream and it was the best banana pudding ice cream I’ve ever had! The Bourbon Praline Pecan ice cream was also fantastic and so decadent.

Went to pick up some chocolates to send to family for Christmas. Andy was a pro! He helped me select the right chocolates, did a beautiful job packing them in little boxes, and even gave me red ribbons to tie on once I got home. Great candy and ice cream store!
