Prema Organic Cafe

Prema is the best hidden gem of 30A! This is my favorite place to visit - they have the best lattes, organic treats, healthy lunches (they have the best gluten free avocado toast!) and their customer service can’t be beat. They make everyone feel so welcome and appreciated. I love Prema and wil continue to recommend them!

They have very good coffee and juices! We have also gotten some of their date balls and love the different and seasonal flavors. It’s nice to have a place that uses high quality ingredients. My only warning is that they had no real milk products in case you are looking for that in your coffee.

Great food that was clean and tasty. It’s not always easy to find quality food while on a trip but thankfully we did. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Clean restaurant with outside seating to enjoy the perfect Florida weather. Couldn’t have been better!! I got pesto chicken salad toast. Worth every bite. I tried the avocado toast and the sauerkraut on top was incredible

What a wonderful spot. Such friendly staff that is very helpful and patient! The coffee is well worth the trip! Try the salted Carmel cashew milk latte! Just amazing!

Prema has become a constant for me anytime I’m on 30A and it’s one of those places that never misses. I’ve been coming here consistently for the last few years and the quality is always spot on. The juices are genuinely fresh and really good with a great variety. What I love most is that the juice speaks for itself with no added sugars and no weird extras just clean ingredients. Personal favorite is pineapple mint. Their juice shots are also really good. Coffee and baked goods are excellent which makes it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing something healthy or just want a great cup of coffee. Service is always friendly and consistent. Highly recommend.

ORGANIC - HEALTHY - TASTE GREAT!

We had an amazing experience trying Prema! The food was excellent, the manager was extremely friendly and enjoyed our conversation. We have tree nut allergies and they were very accommodating and vigilant.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying this place if you care about what you put in your body!🦾

Amazing ORGANIC food! I love how there is grab and go items, the greek salad is delicious. They have a cilantro lime dressing that is soooo good! Friendly staff, I would highly recommend!

This is an excellent place! I really appreciate that they don’t use stupid seed oils and try to be as natural as possible.

I had the waffle and despite it being gluten free it was delicious. I got some cookies too and they were delicious - not too sweet, really good ingredients.

Just one small thing: the fried egg was just ok, a normal fried egg. Also the paper plates make it difficult to enjoy the waffle because waffles are good when everything is mixed up together.

Also my cappuccino was not good, was borderline decent.

Very good food, drinks and coffee! Sat outside because of the perfect weather. Would for sure go again!
Downside of the outside seating is the cars park right up to your table and often keep it running while they’re picking up.

Spending over $25 for an egg sandwich and small coffee is kinda insane but I enjoyed the food. Very good. Honestly coffee was mid in my opinion. As a local I knew what I was getting myself into. That’s why I gave all 5 stars
