This was an incredibly memorable experience for our family. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with champagne and a friendly staff. We had a shared table experience. Every dish is preselected, which made for an adventurous meal and getting away from your usual preferred tastes. Each dish was so unique and flavorful, the ingredients were sourced from a few local farmers. Before each course the chef discusses each dish in detail. To top it off, they are generous and thoughtful with the wine pairings. We left dazzled by the experience!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. We came with all of my family including children and we had an amazing time. Wonderful true gem in 30A with authentic food and amazing chef, sous chef and service.
I’ve gone to a lot of places and lived in a lot of places and this place by far has surpassed all of my expectations. I took my kids and they accommodated them and the food was spectacular in every single course. The service and atmosphere was incredible. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone. 10/10

This was one of the best high-end dining experiences my wife and I have ever enjoyed. We reserved counter seating as it offers a unique and intimate connection with the chefs as they prepare, plate, and present each course. We had great conversations not just about the food, but also about life, passion, and love.
We booked the 7:00 PM six course dinner for the 2 and chose to upgrade to the top tier wine pairing, which was absolutely worth it. Be sure to book well in advance if you want those counter seats. But even with table service, I am 100% sure it will be an experience you will never forget.

Booked this as an anniversary Dinner for my wife and I. The food was delicious and the experience of listening to the chef describe each course was a fun experience. They strive to really use fresh and local ingredients. We went thought a salad, soup, pasta dish, fish, steak, and a desert. Every step along the way was superb.
One interesting component is you are seated at communal tables so be prepared to make some new friends.
The only knock I had was the wine menu was going through some changes and the wait staff did not seem to be knowledgeable on the choices available to use. Which at this price point was a slight disappointment.

If we could go here weekly (and not be obnoxious customers) we would. I apologize in advance to the staff because I don’t remember their names. The head chef is an absolute artist in the kitchen, if dishes could be preserved in art and tasted by all, Picasso, Monet, Degas, Dali, and all the other famous painters would cry as a result of the attention these dishes would get. The host/wine pairer and the sous chef/dishwasher helped make the ambiance an extremely cozy and delightful scene. The restaurant is comfortable and it feels like you’re getting served the meal of your life in the comfort of your home, only your home is the dining room of some prince from Bridgerton. Dare I say this place and chef deserve a Michelin star, and I hope someday they get it. If you’re in the area visiting or you live here, reserve your spot here and fall in love like my wife and I did. This place is amazing. Thank you guys!

What a fun experience to do the tasting menu. You sit at the counter while they chat with you, prepare food, serve wine and explain what they are doing. You can add as many dishes as you want too. The soup, salad, venison and trigger fish were all so flavorful and well cooked. This is perfect for a night out with friends or a date. A much more fun experience than just doing the seated dinner.

Loved the style of eating and quality of food was amazing and creative.
We entered Roux 30A cautiously optimistic for a good meal considering the dearth of top notch cuisine in the area, and left saying we’ll never eat anywhere else. The dishes were fresh, delicious and inspired. The service was friendly and inviting. Plenty of wine options and every one we tried was exceptional. We cannot wait to come back!
Just had the most amazing 3 course meal here! The food was spectacular and the wine pairings were equally exceptional. The duck confit in particular was a standout in execution and flavor. The service from both the chef and sommelier was personable and knowledgeable. The personalized service made us feel as if the meal & wine were being prepared exclusively for us.
Can’t recommend this place enough for a date night or special celebration. My wife and I will certainly be back for the full experience.
Kind of an oddball place. In a strip mall with a bunch of closed businesses. No one else around. 7pm reservation and we were seated with another couple we did not know, we were the only 4 people in the restaurant. Kind of an interesting experience.
Food was pretty solid. Started strong with excellent beef carpaccio, salad with a light vinaigrette, and the triggerfish was unbelievable. But the duck confit was a bit dry and the wagyu beef was tough and seemed to be pre prepped and warmed up or something. Dessert was not great and seemed like an afterthought. For $500+ for two with a wine pairing I feel like the value isn’t quite there.
