My family and I eat here often but today was awful. I ordered two subs online and came to pick them up. A sub that I wanted toasted wasn’t toasted and it was because there was no button for it on the app so I assumed it would be automatic. I came in and asked for it toasted and got lectured on why it was not toasted, told I was wrong multiple times and sassily told my sandwich would be toasted. And to top it all off that same sandwich which i paid extra for extra black olives and extra ranch just to get less than I normally do. I would’ve asked for more but… I was scared to be yelled at so I settled. As someone who works in the food industry I know that no matter what, the customer is always right. Truthfully an awful experience and did not even end up with the right sandwich. If I am paying $8 for bread turkey and cheese it shouldn’t be a hassle to be made correctly.

The old woman was talking to us in a rude manner we tried to pay separately and she was being very rude about it and made it very frustrating she cut us off didn’t let us tell her who was getting what. When we tried to sit down they said not one seat was open when they had no one in there, which is very lazy Will not come back here.

Wasn't to happy not a tourist, we work on 30 a shouldn't have to pay high price gouging, they don't accept coupons won't be back have to drive 2 hours to work for low pay on 30 a not giving my money away for sub sandwiches won't be back

Quick in and out

Pleasant, clean store, service is good and food is fresh. Very convenient if you are staying at Beachwood Villas. The little koi pond behind the store is cool.

We visited this Subway 3 times over the course of the week that we were in town. The store was clean and well kept and the sandwiches were great. What I really loved was that the employees are so friendly and the service outstanding!

Sometimes came here grab my sub to go for lunch at the office. Turkey sub is always my favorite, yummy yummy. The place is tittle and clean, easy parking.There is only one thing for me to consider, that is, if the staff can wear masks, it will be better.??

The staff don’t speak English very well. It was hard to communicate with them. They missed parts of my order. They are not very accommodating. I would even say rude.
