Only open for breakfast and lunch. Hardy helpings, good food, good service, fast. No one goes for the atmosphere. Great value. Real food for fast food prices.

Absolutely amazing breakfast and lunch specials. Really affordable. Always packed with a line almost out the door. Extremely low wait time though. Absolutely the highlight of rain days. Always stop in for breakfast.

This place is a Gem on hwy98. The food is always fast, hot, and delicious. I highly highly highly recommend the breakfast biscuits. Homemade flavor with an amazing price. Oh yeah, and they have perfect crispy bacon every time. Go see them on your next trip to the beach.

We wanted a good home cooked meal. After reading the reviews decided to give it a try. From the outside it doesn’t look like much. Inside is older with a good homey feel. The food was fantastic. I had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans. My husband had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and red beans. It was all delicious!!! Down here for only a few days and made plans to come back Thursday to try the Shepards Pie.Kid-friendliness: If kids like veggies, several options available.Wheelchair accessibility: One level so access would be easy.

Great place for Breakfast! This where the locals come and get breakfast. Stayed in Seaside on 30a drove out to 98 and saved myself alot of money for breakfast. It's nothing fancy just a good breakfast. Biscuits are big just like what you would have at home if you are from the south. Priced right!

Super fast service ( got mine to go ) but when I saw how many people came in 20-30 , I knew it was going to be good. Not much to look at but the food makes up for it. Hole in the wall dinning at it best. Keep up the great work. NOT FANCY so don't act like your to good to eat there, take a chance you will enjoy it.

Most 3rd world dining room and consistently burnt biscuits in the area. Better off going next door to Hardee’s.

Well, we were excited about trying this place, since there were good reviews. It is a facility I would have turned right back around and left, if the food reviews hadn't been good. We walked in, and the lady was less then polite...I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but she continued to be abrupt and plain rude. We were the only ones in there, and she acted annoyed with us.... we should have walked out. They had Sunday lunch "specials", and I saw on the board that breakfast was only until 10:30 am. I asked her about the lunch special, and she exasperatedly responded that they only serve breakfast today. (Turned out she was very courteous and friendly to two parties who came in behind us, sooooo??????) We went ahead and ordered, and the plates looked like slop($7.53). I thought about the reviews I'd read, and I hoped for these best. Sadly, there is not much positivity to share. The grits were undercooked and crunchy with zero butter or salt...the eggs were cold and hard...the gravy had no flavor or salt and was extremely runny...the bacon was cooked perfectly, but was extremely salty...that leaves the biscuit! At least there was one positive thing about this place! That's why I gave it a one star....if possible, it would've been a zero star if it weren't for the biscuits. They were good! Maybe the chicken is amazing.... like the biscuits, but everyone was taking the food to go (not sure how the restaurant is open just due to the disgusting walls, floors, counters, used plastic piping up against the wall, etc...). Save your time and your money and spend the extra money for great food that you can't easily make at home and eat somewhere else...
