This place is dirty, outdated and overrun with people drinking (a lot) and teens riding around on bikes and golf carts screaming all night. Thought it would be a nice, relaxing atmosphere but it’s like Daytona Beach Spring Break vibe.

You should absolutely never patronize this place. Now that COVID is gone, 30A is overrun with a new virus: forced tipping. You walk up to order food and at already grossly inflated prices and when you get your receipt they tell you that they've added a 20% markup to the total; no conversion or context beforehand. The rude attitude and seemingly uninterested nature of the waitstaff now makes sense - they have given them no incentive to be any other way. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company and will do so for every restaurant on 30A that tries to pull this type of scam. You simply can't advertise one price and then inflate it by 20% and expect that to pass as acceptable. With regards to the food, it's terrible overpriced bar food. Largely what you would expect when the incentives are misaligned.

It has everything you need, quality food, several pools, private beach, bicycles, proximity to downtown, beach bar, just everything in one place. Beach is clean, rooms are great, complimentary valet parking, staff is awesome.

The Pool manager was very rude and condescending. He was demeaning to children. He put all of the umbrellas down due to wind. However it was 123 deg heat index making shade necessary. One lady had a heat stroke. He began to treat her like she had had too much to drink when in actuality the poor lady had a heart condition. The family behind us said they would never return. Our family owns a home in the community making this experience very disappointing.

Room was perfect - housekeeping service went above and beyond expectations - was best I ever experienced - meticulous and detailed. Cookies were an extra special treat and delicious. However, beach set up with the most disappointing and ruined our beach time. In fairness - the beach set up's are pictured on website- you don't think about it while booking. The set up's are as close as stadium seating or airplanes - you have NO privacy in conversations. Literally right next to you. I would PASS on beach set up and walk to the public side. Also, the beach staff are always on their phones and would make resort guests wait until they open at 9am when the line is 50plus deep at 8am - not resort service. They set up chairs in three rows with no break in between for you to even walk to the water.

If you are wanting to stay in Watercolor and have all of its amenities, but don't need a big house this is a wonderful option! The staff are friendly and attentive, the amenities are wonderful, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

I just feel like it’s not worth the price point. The beach club is not exclusive to only resort members. The lazy River is not on resort property, you have to drive there. It’s just not the resort experience I was looking for. No towels down at the beach. Our room didn’t get cleaned the second day. Turndown service just never showed up when we told the day cleaning that we’d wait for turndown. She made a note and we made sure to be out of the room and got skipped entirely. We couldn’t figure out how to get to the beach club from our floor without walking around the entire resort from outside the front doors and the beach club kids working there were no help. Beautiful location and beautiful ocean but I was looking for more of a resort experience as it seemed to be advertised on the website than what we actually experienced. I feel like it was more just room and board with access to seaside.
The view is breathtaking, the water is incredible, Food is to die for so may options. Let's not forget the drinks, quality drinks with some of the best service, lounge out and soake up the sun while you sip on a refreshing Miami

Loved this hotel with its little one percenters, including, baked goods on arrival, a freshly baked cookie delivered to your room with a recipe card, a selection of swimming pools to use and a treat suite with movie popcorn, ice creams, tea and coffee, ice machine and soft drinks, great views and the use of bicycles.

The whole team at Watercolor is the best in the state! We travel a lot, and Watercolor Inn is, by far, the best place to stay at in the state!! Great service, great food and beautiful views. I would recommend it 10/10!
