Came with the family to visit Siesta Key and this ice cream is sooo good. Highly recommend it , as I love eating ice cream and I am picky about my ice cream. Even took some to go!

This place has some of the best ice cream. Loads of choices and you can pick and match diff flavors to enhance them. The chocolate treats are excellent. Purple daze and raspberry truffle are my favorite, however any of their flavors are delish!

The family was craving ice cream so we went with Abel’s since they stay open later. I couldn’t decide between a banana split and a shake, but ended up going with the coffee shake. And I’m glad I did. It was delicious, not too sweet and super satisfying. I had a large and could’ve easily gone for another. Great ice cream and friendly service!

Answered the phone quickly when I called to ask about dairy free options and the girl behind the counter was very friendly and nice to talk to. I got the DF mint chip and loved it! I’ll definitely be back again. It’s nice to find shops that offer actual DF ice cream options that aren’t sorbets.

LOVE Abel’s … no trip to Siesta Key is complete without a trip (or multiple trips!) to our favorite ice cream shop! The staff is always so friendly, the vibe & atmosphere is great, & the selection offers something for everyone! When in Siesta, or essentially anywhere in Sarasota, stop by Abel’s .. essentially at Stickney Point Road & RTE 41 … it’s worth the trip! 💜💜
