Amazing dining experience. Culinary sensation! Everything is thoughtfully crafted. Service is amazing. There is always someone at the table offering you or serving you something. The bread is incredible. Vegetable soup comes out without request. Truly an experience. Thank you!
Antiones is definitely one of the best restaurants in Sarasota. It may be off the beaten path but worth making the trip from the beaches or downtown. It's a small quaint restaurant that prefers quality over quantity. The chef works the kitchen by herself putting out dishes with meticulous detail. Everything we have had there has been delicious. Wednesday is all you can eat mussels and they always have many options to try.
I had a reservation, and even though I arrived early. I was seated promptly, by the front window, at my request.
The hostess and waiters were professional, accommodating and friendly. The wait staff wore black suits, white shirts and ties, and the tables had table cloths. For starters, I was served warm bread and butter. I'm not a big bread eater, but I tried a piece and it was delicious.
