Horrible service. Manager just made excuses and did nothing for the horrible service. We waited 20 min for a server to finally come to our table. Food was greasy and cold. Management is incompetent here! Franchise owned with incompetent management at this location!!! Avoid at all costs!

Always love going to Applebee's so I don't have to spend an arm and a leg to have a good meal. The 2 for $25 has plenty of great options if you want a nice sit down meal for a good price. Also the alcoholic beverages are very well priced compared to most places.

So I’m sitting here at the bar now. This place has maybe 20 people tops. I’ve sat at the bar for almost a full round. The bartender not even once asked me if I wanted any food or to order anything else. Super horrible service. The whole time I kept giving her cues as in I’m ready to order. She would walk look at me and walk away. She did this at least a dozen times. I still have yet to order. She actually just grabbed my menu and didn’t even ask me if I wanted to order something. Then she went back to talking to her co-worker. I’m basically at the point where I’d rather just close out and give my business to someone else that would appreciate it. Anyhow I’ve given this place a few times to change my opinion. Every time they fail. Corporate needs to do a serious rehaul for management here. This place is definitely a strong avoid. Don’t waste your time or money here. You’re better off going to another place that will appreciate your business. This is the absolute worst service. Bartenders name btw Sheila. Avoid this place at all risk.

We go to this Applebee’s often and it’s hit or miss. Some of the servers are great and some are not so much. Last night our server, Emily was bringing our food to the table and dropped my niece’s mozzarella sticks on the table. She then proceeded to pick them up with her bare hands and put them back on my niece’s plate like it was no big deal—no apology or anything. When I spoke to the manager about it, she laughed and offered to bring us new mozz sticks. Okay great, thank you. Well…. After 30 minutes….and now our waitress not even looking at our table, near long asking if we need anything or offering drink refills… I finally had to ask again for them. Very disappointing.
