Ok so I go to Applebee's to pick up my sisters to go order and after talking to the bartender and restaurant manager we soon realized my sister ordered online with a different Applebee's and I Said I can't be driving way over there tonight because it was getting a little late! They said, " Oh no, we will make it for you and have it ready in a few minutes!" Well, they did! I think I waited 15 minutes at the most and it was perfect food and they were very accommodating and efficient! Thanks, guys!

I went at a slow time and was treated very well. That hasn't always been the case at every restaurant, so I appreciate the integrity of the staff.
I’ll do you a favor and tell you now. Don’t do it. Go somewhere else if you have a group bigger than 3. Wasted 45 mins of our lives waiting on our food. No apologies, nothing. Zero stars if I could. Manager was rude, unprofessional, unapologetic. Won’t be returning. Chick-fil-a down the the road did not disappoint after waiting so long here.

Adara J was an excellent waitress, David the Mgr came to our table to thank my husband for his service to our country and ask if everything was good as did our waitress. It is so appreciated what Applebees does for our Veterans and they do it with pleasure making the Veteran feel honored! Job well done!!! A bonus was the menu had excellyselections snd food was delicious

After seeing an online review about the chicken sandwich being comparable to the competition, I decided to try it. But it was not worth the experience... instead of going through a smooth drive-thru, you gotta order through a website that's not very clear with instructions.
Then you have to park, there was no pickup zone as advertised, you gotta walk in, wait, and be taken "out back" where someone is gonna harass you to see your ID. Laughable experience..
