Chip is fan-freakin-tastic. My friend and I got our anger out punching the bag for free.

One of the best arcades I had ever been to! There is a numerous selection of games with multiple genres that allows for all to enjoy. I especially enjoy the rhythm games they feature here!

I frequent Arcade Monsters often and have become friends with much of the staff there over the years it has been open. However most recently I am very disappointed with what the owner and upper management has been doing with this location. For starters I was shocked to see that the drinks and coolers at what should be the bar have been moved to the kitchen. What is now the "bar", if you can call it that, is now a very unprofessional looking table in front an open and empty kitchen to which you can see inside of, including the storage in the back. Not to mention that this new bar location is next to the restrooms, which in my opinion is a disgusting place to be serving drinks near. I can no longer chat with the bartenders in what should be an interactive bar experience as it has been.I'm also disappointed by the fact that they no longer serve food aside from the weekends. I would often come in during the weekdays after work to have a Cuban or hot wings while mingling with the bartenders before playing video games but it seems that is longer an option. On top of that, they have also taken away entertainment from the bar too. While yes the do have several Nintendo Switches lining the bar, they once used to stream anime and other shows from Netflix. But now that has been replaced by menu screens when the menu was already available through a QR code. It's just plain redundant.Lastly, staff no longer seems to be happy working here. I assume this to be based on the decisions made by higher-ups in the company. Once staff was able to wear whatever they wanted as long as it was family friendly, and even cosplay if they felt like which was always fun to see. Now they have to wear tacky neon outfit that, are sometimes a bit too revealing. Last I checked this was a family friendly arcade, not a Twin Peaks or Hooters.I really hope things change soon for this location because as of right now, I do not see myself wanting to hang out here like I used. I am very upset by the choices made by management to try and make this place "better". The owner had it right when they first opened the place but it seems the term "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" is lost among them. Get your act together Arcade Monsters, enough said.

Definitely not worth the price..more pinball and older arcade games..was abit disappointed can't spend but an hour there and once you leave that's it your done. Definitely won't make this mistake again. Both first floor bathrooms were out of order.luckly we had the place to ourselves ..if they don't step up and get some games to come back to I'd be surprised if this place will stay long term.the flat fee is ok but if this place was busy and someone sat on a certain game I could see a lot of upset customers since only a couple you wanna play..I'm wondering if all these other reviews are fake or what..4.9 is crazy high for what's here

Our trip to Arcade was totally rad! There were tons of games to choose from, both old-school classics and new ones. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, and everyone had a blast. Although the prices were a bit steep, and it got pretty loud in there, it was still a super fun time overall. We can't wait to go back!
