Went after work with a group of people. Service was ok, the waitress was forgetting a lot of things. Food was dry and no real flavor. How hard is it to mess up tacos?

the food was great. i got a chicken enchilada w the green sauce on the side (was a little too spicy for me but they replaced it with red sauce quickly after i asked) the tortilla was a little hard to cut through on the bottom but all was well anyway. i also tried some of my sisters chicken fajitas which was also delicious, loved the flavor on the chicken! good service, very kind, took a little long to get food but worth it considering it is all made fresh
