I stood in line for 20 mins with my twin girls. When I got up to the line and asked for pretzels no salt the manager CHRISTY said rudely that she wasn’t making anymore pretzel for the day. She refused to make any more new pretzels for the remainder of the afternoon and evening. We were loyal customers and they just lost us as customers! It was horrendous customer service

Auntie Anne’s has always had the most fantastic pretzels I have ever had. They relocated to the UTC mall recently. They’re pretzels were not as good!More importantly I bought two cups of nuggets with pepperoni and it was over 17 dollars ! No more

The workers are rude and super ghetto. They can’t smile or be polite in any way. Their body language comes off as hostile and they seem like they hate life and their job is so hard to give people a cup of pretzels.

For the second time I bought a sweet almond pretzel from this location in University town Center. For the second time I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the pretzel. It is as though the dough didn’t rise, but they went ahead and baked it anyway, and not only that at they that but burned it. I was prepared to bring it back, but the line was so long that I gave up and decided to leave a review instead. Needless to say I won’t be buying any more pretzels at this location. In addition, I ordered a soda but was told their soda machine wasn’t working.

The cashier was polite and delivered great service. The large lemonade is priced well and is delicious!

I visited the Auntie Anne's location in the UTC mall on the lower level next to the Dillard's on 6/11/23 around 4pm. While waiting in line, my partner and I watched an employee eat food with his bare hands while prepping and handling food for customers in the food prep area. It is a health code violation for an employee to eat food in a food prep area. Once we got to the register, we expressed our concern of this and the cashier Gianna called the employee who was eating to speak with us. After he provided his name to us, his name is Cody, we told him that eating while handling food for customers is extremely unhygienic. After we told him this, he became extremely argumentative, told us he "doesn't have to explain anything" and then threatened to call mall security on us if we didn't leave. He escalated the situation quickly and raised his voice at us. We sent a message through Auntie Anne's corporate website. We received a standard copy and paste PR response not addressing any of our concerns. I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect that an employee doesn't spread the bacteria from their mouth onto the food they are preparing for customers.

Just had an encounter with the rudest manager who worked the register! He demanded I apologize to him and called me obnoxious because my coupon with the QR code wouldn’t scan on his register. Never have I ever met someone so rude especially in front of my 3 children! Never again going to this location!!!!!

The pretzels sucked, the cheese I was given sucked, the lemonade barely tasted like lemonade, not even worth going into more explanation than that.

I would be willing to wait in line for good pretzels. The kids wouldn't even eat them. They were very old. It was gross.

I went on a Saturday. There were 4 employees working. FOUR. One guy making the pretzels. The other 3? Who knows what they were doing. I was in line for over 25 minutes to get a pretzel and a lemonade. One employee would leave to go on break and when they’d come back 20 minutes later; another would leave. There were 3 people in front of me on line and it took standing for just about half an hour to get a pre-made pretzel and a drink. I’ve never seen anything like it.
