First time visit. Pizza & Fries were really good, service was fine. Was a decedent experience. We will certainly come back for another visit in the future.

Great spot downtown! The food was good, with plenty of flavor and nicely presented dishes. The atmosphere really stood out — it’s a fun place with a lively vibe that makes it perfect for a night out. Service was friendly and attentive without being over the top. Overall, a really enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely come back.

Took my wife there for an early valentine's Day dinner. The food was delicious. The service was decent. We had drinks and a share plate. It took the server a while before coming back to check on us. To be fair it was becoming busy when we were seated. Otherwise it was fabulous. The outdoor seating was comfortable with the outdoor heaters. We'll be heading there again and recommend checking out this establishment.

1592 is a wonderful place for anyone who appreciates great food in a relaxed yet classy atmosphere. Their wood-fired dishes are excellent, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Mediterranean-inspired menu pairs beautifully with their cocktails and wine selection. Service is warm and professional, and the ambiance makes it ideal for date nights or evenings with friends. Every visit has been impressive. Truly a gem in Sarasota.

We have been to 1592 Wood Fired Kitchen several times. The food is well-prepared, attractively presented, creative and plentiful. We ordered branzino, which came presented as the whole fish, head to tail. We would have preferred some waiter assistance to split the fish between two diners. The restaurant has a nice ambiance; we will return.

We enjoyed George our server very much. Table 31 was an excellent spot for the six of us. Food excellent just wonderful evening with close friends.

Grilled Salmon was more charred than grilled but it remained moist. Mediterranean salad was awesome. Noise was managed well enough to have easy conversation. Quick seating at 6pm on a Tuesday. Pleasant atmosphere.

2nd time there and the food was good. It's generally a little noisy in the main dining area so we opted for a back corner which was much better. Always a good mix of menu options. We'll keep going back
