I called this Baskin-Robbins location to inquire about student rewards programs on behalf of my school. Instead, or receiving a simple polite answer, I was transferred between three different people, each of whom interrupted me and spoke in a condescending, mocking tone. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
As a school counselor, I often look for ways to partner with business to encourage and rewards students, and this experience left me very disappointed. Even if no program exists, respect and courtesy should always be part of customer service.
I hope owners takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training so that future callers are treated with professionalism.

Pretty below average.... Chocolate Shake thin /runny and staff was not too interested or friendly with plenty of frowns .. will be getting ice cream somewhere else next time 😕

Ordered food to pick up 28$. Got there and they were out back smoking. My food wasnt ready and they told me they were out of most of the ice cream i wanted. I said ok just refund my money. He says i have to call corporate. Still have not got my money back never go there again. Place was dirty

Girl was rude at the drive thru and basically said if you don’t know exactly what you want then to come inside because she’s not helping. They have limited ice cream flavors and can barely stock the basics.

The staff was hootin and holleren when I was trying to get my ice cream. The place looked kinda dirty. When the lady was scooping, the ice shards on the freezer kept falling into the ice cream bin which was then served to me. I think this could be avoided if the ice box was properly cleaned regularly.

First off to make sure...I was at the Baskin Robin's across from walmart off 53rd street in Bradenton. It was a little before 3pm on Sunday January 7th. This is second time trying to do a review. I wrote 1st one for location I was at but once I was done writing it kicked me off without allowing me to leave review. I live in Sarasota so I'm not Familia with this area. I was walking waiting for bus and needed a plastic spoon for something I had ordered somewhere else previously but did not want to be rude so I thought I'd order something. I saw the banana split sign and instantly had a taste for one. I tried to order one but was told "sorry, we don't have those right now". I was very confused and wondered what part they didn't have. So I figured they were being lazy but didn't want to argue so i just thought "whatever " and I asked for a scoop of ice cream. The woman told me "the ice cream we have is right here" pointing to showcase cooler in front of me. I grabbed a spoon n left. Just ridiculous. Still shocked. There were no customers the entire time I was waiting on my ride(to be truthfull someone pulled into drive thru as my ride pulled up. It was a woman probably late 40's Caucasian and a male maybe late 20's and African American. Just amazed. Why are they even open. Why not get ice cream from another store. Why not do your job. Let's just say it was last time ill try a baskin robins. take care

Came in with my son today at about 2:30 and the two gentleman working were so kind and friendly. Their interactions with my son and myself truly made our day. Grateful we stopped in😊

Every time I come to this location and request a Cappuccino Blast they always say that they can’t make it. Today I came in and before the young man took my order he looked to see how many people were in line then asked what I wanted. As soon as I said a Cappuccino Blast he instantly said we don’t have the ingredients for that and started laughing. I said you don’t have the ingredients and he said nope and proceeded to help the next person. Why have it on your menu if you refuse to make it. The one on 70 and the beach are the only ones who will make it.

We walked in the boy was eating at the register he opened his mouth and food fell out on the counter then he turned his back to us and just stood like with his back to us bopping to the music that was way too loud he never turned back around to greet us or anything so we left the store was so dirty everywhere looked like its ran by some teenage kids not clue how they pass any kind of health inspections.

Zero help

I was in this place. There was only me and another person ,was not busy at all. The lady who works does not hear you when you speaks because she hears music in her ear when she puts her hands in the ice cream, her hair touches the ice cream.
