First off to make sure...I was at the Baskin Robin's across from walmart off 53rd street in Bradenton. It was a little before 3pm on Sunday January 7th. This is second time trying to do a review. I wrote 1st one for location I was at but once I was done writing it kicked me off without allowing me to leave review. I live in Sarasota so I'm not Familia with this area. I was walking waiting for bus and needed a plastic spoon for something I had ordered somewhere else previously but did not want to be rude so I thought I'd order something. I saw the banana split sign and instantly had a taste for one. I tried to order one but was told "sorry, we don't have those right now". I was very confused and wondered what part they didn't have. So I figured they were being lazy but didn't want to argue so i just thought "whatever " and I asked for a scoop of ice cream. The woman told me "the ice cream we have is right here" pointing to showcase cooler in front of me. I grabbed a spoon n left. Just ridiculous. Still shocked. There were no customers the entire time I was waiting on my ride(to be truthfull someone pulled into drive thru as my ride pulled up. It was a woman probably late 40's Caucasian and a male maybe late 20's and African American. Just amazed. Why are they even open. Why not get ice cream from another store. Why not do your job. Let's just say it was last time ill try a baskin robins. take care

Every time I come to this location and request a Cappuccino Blast they always say that they can’t make it. Today I came in and before the young man took my order he looked to see how many people were in line then asked what I wanted. As soon as I said a Cappuccino Blast he instantly said we don’t have the ingredients for that and started laughing. I said you don’t have the ingredients and he said nope and proceeded to help the next person. Why have it on your menu if you refuse to make it. The one on 70 and the beach are the only ones who will make it.

We walked in the boy was eating at the register he opened his mouth and food fell out on the counter then he turned his back to us and just stood like with his back to us bopping to the music that was way too loud he never turned back around to greet us or anything so we left the store was so dirty everywhere looked like its ran by some teenage kids not clue how they pass any kind of health inspections.

I was in this place. There was only me and another person ,was not busy at all. The lady who works does not hear you when you speaks because she hears music in her ear when she puts her hands in the ice cream, her hair touches the ice cream.

I ordered a picture ice cream cake and it came out horrible. the picture was pixelated. i paid $50 for a cake that everyone laughed at because it was terrible. there was only one employee at the store and when we opened it he agreed with my opinion but there was nothing he could do. It was a waste of money and the cake tasted stale. it was horrible and i will never be ordering a cake from them again. stay away from their cakes !!!!

I ordered ice cream from this baskin-robbins and had it delivered to my house. While my daughter was eating her ice cream she found a dead fly in it. I definitely did not order a dead fly for a topping! As a matter of fact the toppings we did order were not even on the ice cream. After calling the store at least 5 times someone finally answered “hello “. I was told a manager would call me back, she never did. If I could give this store a negative 5 stars I would.

This is the worst location ever, been there yesterday there were no ice cream and guy said he doesn’t know what happened, try to call them today and lady picked up after 5 tries and told me it abortion clinic, drove there 17 minutes before closing time and doors were already closed and they were inside the store on their phones and didn’t even acknowledge when I knocked on the door. Here is picture of their door sign with store hours, but they close whenever they want to. Very disappointed.

I would give them less than one star if possible. They took my $50 to order an ice cream cake last week and told me to pick it up at 2pm today. At 230pm they told me they don't still don't have it and I should call back later. Now they refuse to pick up the phone.This is TERRIBLE customer service.NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER (did I say NEVER) give these people your money!Absolute criminals working there!

We had a cozy and good experience at this location. It is close to the Sarasota airport, which is very convenient to stop in for a donut, coffee and/ or ice cream. They have a drive-through available. They have an adorable cake shaped as a turkey for Thanksgiving? too cute!!
Terrible service. I placed a mobile order and selectEd to pick it up in store. When I got to the store there doors were locked with no indication that they were closed. So I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and not only did they get my order wrong but the reason why the front doors were locked is because only two employees were in the store. Thats fine but put a not on the door saying drive thru only

This place has got to be the worst customer service fast food restaurant we have been thru. Upon completing order: everything bagel bites and cream filled donut and sausage croissant with chocolate raised donut. Get up to the drive through and in bag was plain bites and plain donuts. The lady yelling saying we don't have anything that you want. Ok, what kind of business who caters to the breakfast crowd doesn't have said breakfast items. They should have stated that at time of ordering not when we get up there. The lady was loud and abrasive. Should have left and not settled. The second time we went at breakfast they had no sandwiches, limited donuts etc. what type of business is this? Why stay open or how do they stay open? One would think that they would have plenty of everything if this is the type of business they are in. Never again.

Absolute trash of a business, past two years have been nothing but bad service, always getting orders wrong and this last visit today was the last straw, very rude didn't even know what their seasonal drink was... stay away from this dunkin location at least.... Shame on me on trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt.

Went to get ice cream. All of the tubs in the case were covered. When I inquired about the ice cream, the girl opened the case and lifted a few of the covers. She said it all looked freezer burnt, and suggested frozen coffee. Seems like she didn't want to be bothered with the ice cream. Won't be back
