We had an amazing experience at Big Top thanks to our server, Val! She was incredibly attentive, super nice, and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit. Her friendly attitude and thorough service really made our meal extra enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Val was excellent as a waitress this evening. The Tex-mex egg rolls were fantastic as usual and sliders were great also.

Great Lunch at Big Top Brewing, Sarasota Crossings
We had a great lunch at Big Top Brewing. I got the Big Top Burger, juicy brisket blend with manchego, crispy onion straws, and secret sauce. The black beans were a solid, flavorful side.
We shared the Beretta Salad with blackened shrimp, which were perfectly seasoned and nicely cooked. My wife had the Strawberry Refresher, light and fruity, and I had the English IPA, smooth and well-balanced.
We finished with the Pineapple Upside Down Cake, moist, buttery, and topped with caramelized pineapple, rum sauce, and ice cream. Great food, chill vibe, we’ll definitely be back.
