We had an amazing experience at Big Top thanks to our server, Val! She was incredibly attentive, super nice, and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit. Her friendly attitude and thorough service really made our meal extra enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Great Lunch at Big Top Brewing, Sarasota Crossings
We had a great lunch at Big Top Brewing. I got the Big Top Burger, juicy brisket blend with manchego, crispy onion straws, and secret sauce. The black beans were a solid, flavorful side.
We shared the Beretta Salad with blackened shrimp, which were perfectly seasoned and nicely cooked. My wife had the Strawberry Refresher, light and fruity, and I had the English IPA, smooth and well-balanced.

I’ve been here three times and have lived led everything I’ve tried! Pizza is delicious, tacos are good, the whipped ricotta with bacon toast app is amazing. The staff is also great!
