The manager on duty today is 10/10! The staff was friendly and even though a computer glitch, they had my pre ordered Thanksgiving feast and pies ready on time! They went above an beyond to calm my panic and assure me they had everything! AI may be the wave of the future but it cant beat the human staff at this location! Thank you for making these out of ownership on Thanksgiving week feel supported and cared for.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Bob Evans used to be so busy and popular. I should know, I worked in one in high school way back in the day. I remember it always being packed, especially on the weekends. This location, though, is the opposite of that, and it is quite saddening to see.
The atmosphere inside is, of course, much different than when I was in high school. But, this restaurant is clean, organized, and kept up very well. The day we went there were only a couple of other tables full but the staff members were still very pleasant.
Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, and fast with our drinks after we ordered. My wife ordered a grilled chicken breast with corn and mashed potatoes. She commented how good the seasoning was and the chicken was cooked thoroughly. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. As I always do I asked for my burger to be well done and it was cooked perfectly.
During our meal our server checked on us a few times (which is perfect for us), and was pleasant to talk to.
We don't go to Bob Evans much these days due to so many other options in the area but this location is one we will definitely return to.

Place was not exactly clean. Atmosphere seemed very unorganized and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Food was spoiled. Got very sick throwing up and felt sick. Use to like Bob Evans but wont be back
