The way Haley talks to her staff is down right disgusting. I heard her talking down to everyone one of her serving staff. No it not the way you serve hash browns. They were never flipped so the top was still raw. I’ll start taking my business elsewhere from now on. As far as my server Jessica she was fantastic.

Birthday late lunch/supper for my crew after spending the afternoon at the Big Cat Habitat. Parking lot was almost empty, but went inside to a wonderful meal. I tipped more than usual because of excellent service. Wonderful comfort food at great prices. Spent about $15 per person.

Ordered the fish. It wasn't cooked all the way through.i told the waitress and she asked if I wanted to have it deep fried again WRONG, she should have taken it ask if I wanted another fish dinner or something else. I ate what I could. At check out when paying my bill the girl asked if everything was all right ? I said no, my fish wasn't cooked. She said Do you want a receipt? WRONG she should had called the manager.

I haven't been to Bob Evans in years.1. New look not the old look I'm use to.2. As I was eating I was amazed how comfortable I felt.3. The Chicken and Butter biscuits were tasty. They had really good Arnold Palmer.4. Our server was always present so it was easy to get refills and ready to anwser questions.I plan to go back sooner.
