Disappointed! We were excited by the cool pictures but found the pool cold & slide closed except 3-5 pm due to “staffing issues.” I recommend management, pull staff from the overpriced food bar and move them to the slide.

We really enjoyed our two weeks here. We loved the site that we were assigned (983) because it was in a small loop with very little foot traffic and had a large grass area as well as the concrete pad.The park itself is the most enormous I’ve ever seen. Can walk the dogs for an hour and a half and not actually leave the park. Great amenities (pool is enormous, lots of activities and sporting areas) and great location to run downtown to Sarasota and over to Anna Maria Island.We will be back!

Overcrowded, Overpriced, and in need of some serious infrastructure upgrades. Worse than that was the clientele. No one obeys any laws on the roads. Golf cart drivers were the worst. Then there was the almost daily task of picking up other people’s dog feces in my site. Never going back and not worth the almost $4k for a grass site for the month.
