Bread Bandits is the only place to get your fresh bread at. We personally love all the sourdoughs, the bandit baguette, the chocolate croissant, and the ham & swiss croissant! Today we were even lucky enough to get a warm baguette. Their breads are clean and do not make us feel bad as typical American breads do. We drive every few weeks from Bradenton and always buy 3 loaves of Sourdough. We get them sliced and freeze them. Every morning we take a couple of pieces out and toast them. You can’t go wrong.

My husband and I are fully obsessed with Bread Bandits and their sourdough loaves! Occasionally we’ll try other goodies like the croissants and they are always delicious. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, too. Can’t recommend Bread Bandits enough!

We went to get sourdough yesterday. Loaf was flat, small and underwhelming. Not sure what is put in the bread for flavoring but it has an artificial sour taste. Didn’t event finish the loaf. We drove 40 minutes based on reviews. The sourdough baguette was good not overly artificial tasting. But the loaf.. not good. Very friendly staff at register.
Absolutely love Bread Bandits! This bakery is incredible, and the team is so dedicated. Hands down, they have the BEST bagels and focaccia bread we've ever tasted! The bagels are the perfect size, not too thick, with a wonderfully moist texture—so delicious! As for the focaccia, I can't wait to get more. It's super moist and packed with flavor. Their banana bread and chocolate chip cookies are also top-notch, along with the brioche rolls. We’re staying here for two months and just discovered it in my second month—so glad we did! There’s only two of us, so we haven’t had a chance to try the bread or croissants yet, but we’ll definitely be back next year to try them, especially when we have company. We're already planning to stay for three months next year, and Bread Bandits will definitely be worth the 30-minute drive 2-4 times a week!
