Everyone is so nice and the food is good. The flatbread with mozzarella and pesto was my favorite.

Went to the bar for happy hour drinks, and planned on getting dinner, but instead had a slice of the key lime pie. It was tart and very tasty. Service was a tad slow, but then again it was New Years Eve. Will definitely back and will have the pie again!!

Seriously avoid this place unless you plan on sitting at the bar. Our server was completely untrained on beverage and food service...management should be ashamed. We got our drinks and some pre-seared tuna sashimi, paid $50 and left to find a better option.

My wife and I were going to a show at Van Wezel and this was the closest restaurant we could find so I made a reservation on OpenTable because they would not answer the phone at the restaurant. We had 730 tickets we went there at 10 to 6 and ordered two salads, which were very good very tasty. The waitress was terrific. The salads took 60 minutes to be made, we barely made the show. Otherwise I would be giving them five stars. The service was terrible slow just salads and they couldn't get them out to us.

Went there because it was across from the theater that we had a show to make. We went there 10 to 6 our show started at 7:30 a block away took them 50 minutes to make two salads very very slow the server was terrific and the salads were good, but if you're in a hurry, this is not a place to go

Had a great experience at the restaurant.Felicia was our server all 4 times we have been there and everytime she never disappointed she's just so bubbly and a great smile to greet the costumers with. Our food was always good. Tried a good variety of the menu and definitely worth the extra buck. Overall amazing service and a great visit!

Service was horrible. Ordered drinks and an app and we did get those but asked server to come back to get meal order. Never saw anyone again. Finally flagged someone down to get bill and went elsewhere for dinner. Problem seemed to be staff shortage and the two people working were overwhelmed

Bridges restaurant has fabulous view of Sarasota Bay & downtown Sarasota. The food is delicious and the espresso martini is fabulous...10/10 would definitely be back!

Food was delicious and had good portions for hotel food. The service was good as well. We were happy with the breakfast options they provided as well. The fish on the sandwich was superb! Totally worth it! Great easy spot to eat with good quality!

It was our first time at the restaurant. The room is beautiful with great views. However there was a social meet up at the bar, so it was very noisy. The food was very good, so we would give it another try.

Must have been an "off" night. We were the only customers inside - there were some on the outside deck. Waited at front desk (no one there) for about 10 minutes before a young man appeared and showed us to our table. There appeared to be only 1 server for the entire restaurant (inside/outside/bar) - but she did as best she could. A seemingly long wait for the food to arrive - but it was very good. We will go back again and, hopefully, will have a better rating to give.

The hotel is great, the restaurant is not. They are rude and they don’t answer the phone. I even went to the 8th floor after attempting to call and the waiter seen me and acted like he didn’t, it is a very slow time on a Sunday. I must have interrupted his down time. I stood at the bar-still ignored no one came over. They are open, for a little side note. A family was eating. I had to call the front desk of the hotel for them to get ahold of someone. When it was transferred, the man was questioning me based off of my phone number because it was my cell phone and not my room, maybe? Then kept cutting me off and talking over me “mhm uh huh mhm” as if I was talking too much while explaining my number with only one sentence, took my little single appetizer order, responded with “30 minutes” and hung up the phone. Lacks manners, menu is limited and overpriced with bad customer service. A big thank you to the hotel though and their services. Just don’t waste time or money on the 8th floor restaurant. Also, just an FYI the hours and prices are listed incorrectly on Google.

This restaurant is located on the 8th Floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel. I stayed here for 4 days and tried this restaurant several times. I tried their Bridges Burger with Cheddar, Mushrooms and the fixings, twice. I was not expecting it to be this good. On the 3rd day I tried the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was fantastic. It had sweet onions, bbq sauce and all the fixings (lettuce, tomato, etc). The hotel encourages guests to eat get with a $25 mandatory food/beverage spend per day. I was glad they did, because this restaurant did not disappoint.

Had the best sandwich ever yesterday! It was a fried chicken sandwich on a brioche bun with flavorful accompaniments and a side of French fries and a pickle. Could not believe how extremely flavorful it was. Will definitely gone back many times
