Great place to eat, food is delicious. This time around our service was not enjoyed. In the beginning we felt rushed, then ignored. We wanted to enjoy our time and order sparingly but felt we were forced to just order. After food arrived we saw the waiter (Vladislav) once. Another server filled our waters. We waited for the check and boxes which we asked that same other server. I wish the experience was better. The service could of been better with genuine interaction maybe offering favorites, suggestive selling etc we didnt even get asked if we wanted dessert!!
Apps have gotten so expensive that it no longer pays to order one. I am afraid fav meeting place has out lived its usefulness. Get bartender Austin.
Food was good. Service was Great. Oscar is an amazing Server Efficient super friendly and customer oriented.
It was a busy night, but for the amount of money I spent I was not happy with the quality of the food .
It was a very busy day and the staff handled it so well with all the Christmas festivities going on at the mall and huge crowds. Both Managers pitched in and helped and our waiter was excellent.
We had an excellent meal at Brio and always have enjoyed our visits to this restaurant. The staff are pleasant and professional. The food and drinks are very good and the ambiance is very pleasant. They have a nice outdoor are as well.
The Brio Italian Grille UTC Mall location is a wonderful restaurant including an extensive selection of gourmet, well-prepared meals. The ambience is beautiful offering a nice setting for dinner and special events. Service is excellent, providing personal attention.
The decor inside is amazing. It is definitely something that sets it apart from other restaurants. I dined at approximately 2pm on a Monday so naturally it was pretty slow but I wasn’t judging based on the time.
The food was horrible. I was fasting for 18 hours and was looking forward to break my fast with some good food. I had calamari as an appetizer. It was like rubber and lacked flavor. By far the worst I’ve had in my entire life.
I had the Sicilian spaghetti and shrimp. The sauce was like water. It was like someone mixed a small bit of tomato sauce with a gallon of water. There were no flavors inside the sauce other than the flavor from capers. The spaghetti was definitely not mixed in with the sauce until it was ready to leave the kitchen. It was clear that it was left after boiling and then poorly mixed, and not left to cook in the sauce before serving. The shrimp was undercooked. How do you undercook shrimp? Shrimp shouldn’t be gray and slimy.
My wife ordered the shrimp and lobster fettuccine. Her shrimp was at least cooked and white but the lobster was 2 tiny pieces.
It’s amazing that this place is still in business. 2 dishes and 1 appetizer came out to $98. The pricing isn’t terrible for the area but that food quality it should’ve been some Olive Garden special. The owner really needs to get involved in the kitchen and make some changes, and if he or she doesn’t think there is a problem, then they’re part of the problem. It’s amazing this place has so many great reviews, just goes to show how Floridians are clueless when it comes to quality food.

The restaurant hostess seated the 4 of of us In a quiet area, as requested. Our server, Bradley, was excellent and the food was delicious. Our only surprise was the additional charge (we were told before we ordered) for 4 rolls ($4.50. )
I have been going to Brio for over 20 years, the food is always good, very consistent and the service is normally very nice. What I have noticed that for a "chain" restaurant the prices have gone way high. I hope Corporate takes notes and lowers the prices.

Very disappointed they've done away with their wonderful sour dough bread! We were shocked to learn, well after ordering our meal, that bread must be ordered with meal and that there's now a $4.50 charge. Waitstaff never mentioned that bread had changed & was far inferior to their original sour dough. We are from San Francisco and Brio's sour dough was the best we've found on the East Coast.
We have been to happy hour twice in the last 2 weeks and we love it but they are not serving the hot bread anymore. We had an amazing server this last experience, his name was Chad. Please bring back the bread it is so good it's makes any meal.
