We frequent this restaurant a few times a year. The last 3 times my spouse and I went Brio has fallen short. More recently , our experience was not so pleasant. We were given the wrong food order, to begin with. My spouse had his order and started his meal as I was waiting for mine. Secondly, we had to get up and order our martinis from the bar as the waitress was no where in sight for about 20 mins. The bartender told us that she would bring our drinks over when it was ready , another 20 mins passed no drinks. Finally ,the waitress showed up with my food, we told her about the drinks ,which she went to check on .Comes to find out , the bartender hadn't even started making the martinis (unacceptable ). We paid the bill , no apologies were offered not even a comp for our time waiting/wasted. It is quite a shame to see this restaurant under poor management and staff. Very Disappointed, we will not be back.

The customer service at Brio is always excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive, and always willing to help. But otherwise, we had a subpar experience at Brio. Prices are expensive for what you get, and even salad is an upcharge. The portion sizes are smaller, and the food is average. There are plenty of other Italian places that are better priced, more delicious, and generously portioned. While this is a good place to visit if you have a coupon or are at the mall, we wouldn’t recommend going there just to have dinner.

We went in Saturday night for dinner. So disappointed. They weren’t busy. Asked for a table she said it would be 10 minutes. Tables weren’t cleaned and when we asked about our table, the hostess responded they weren’t cleaned yet. Finally, they started setting people and when I went to check on our table, she said someone else was sat. I don’t plan on ever going there again. Horrible customer service snd the hostess had a DONT CARE ATTITUDE. TRULY INEXCUSABLE. Never go again.

Had a 6:15pm reservation, we sat at the bar and saw the table the hostesses were going to give us, took 30 minutes to clean the table and the next thing we knew they sat another party that came in after us. Went to the hostess station to be told they “accidentally “ gave our table to someone else. Went to the manager who didn’t rectify the situation and didn’t seat us at all and just said sorry. They did nothing to fix the situation. I’m in the service industry and would never do that to a paying customer. It was absolutely disgusting the way they handled it. WE WILL NOT BE BACK….EVER!

I recently dined at Brio at UTC and I must say, I was extremely disappointed for several reasons. Firstly, we were seated right next to the kitchen, and the noise level was unbearable throughout the entire meal. It was impossible to have a conversation without shouting.To add to the disappointment, our waiter didn't even bother to provide us with straws. It may seem like a small detail, but it's these little things that can make or break a dining experience.The food itself was a major letdown. The carbonara I ordered was incredibly dry, lacking any trace of creaminess or flavor. It felt like I was eating a plate of overcooked noodles. Additionally, the bread served with the meal was so hard that I genuinely feared chipping a tooth while trying to bite into it.To top it all off, we waited an unreasonable amount of time for the bill. It seemed as though the staff had forgotten about us entirely.What truly surprised me was that we had previously had a positive experience at Brio Restaurant. This time, however, I felt like I had been robbed of my hard-earned money. I hope that the restaurant takes these criticisms constructively and makes the necessary improvements for future customers.

So sad that this Brio is in the dump. Generally consistent food on the other side of the state but I dined with two friend and we all agreed that the food was horrible. One ordered a dinner salad and a side salad sporting a bug crawling on top of it arrived. My other friends flat bread was scour he’d and my lasagna had what looked like canned dog food on it and the taste was awful and the after taste even worse.

The food is consistently good. The service is very inconsistent and they sometime disappear for long periods. The young ladies at the hostess stand are downright rude. It’s a beautiful restaurant but the service just doesn’t justify the prices.

Brio used to be a pretty viable and consistent chain restaurant. We visited on a Saturday evening and they were not that busy. The flatbread appetizer was delivered to the table cold and when the entrees were delivered by a food runner simultaneously, most of the hot food came out luke warm/cold and my salad seemed to have no dressing and was also warm!We had a good time because we were with great friends, and we attempted to "liven" up our server, who was pretty blah! Their prices are reflective of a high-end quality establishment, but the food and service were sadly sub-par!
