Only disappointment was paying $6.49 for an order on BWs awesome onion rings and getting home to a container with about 6.5 onion rings. That's roughly $1 per onion ring!!! That's crazy and can't understand how an individual would allow that to leave the store. It's not gonna stop me from coming back, but I'll certainly check my future orders before leaving the store.

Went there on Veterans day to get food for a few friends. They advertised free 10 wings for Veterans but when I asked if I could get that with my order they said NO, the district manager had come in and said NO free wings for Veterans. I'll be sharing my experience with friends at the VFW, ELKS, MOOSE, EAGLES and AMERICAN LEGION. Smart businesses don't treat Veterans like that.

This location is not a full sit down restaurant, it’s more tailored to carry out. But they do have a few indoor tables and outdoor tables. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and repeated our order to make sure it was correct. The young lady who brought out our order was also very pleasant!! Even the bathrooms were very clean, they say you can tell a lob about a business by their cleanliness. Their customer service was awesome and our food came out perfect!!! We will be back!! Continue providing great customer service!!

I used to go to the original Buffalo wild wings on Clark road ever since it opened even had many friends that worked and managed that location but miss the original Days of B-Dubs.
I stopped in to Buffalo wild wings go for the very first time tonight after a extremely long and tiring only day off, that I still had to work all day...But when I walked in I was immediately greeted by bri took a few seconds to look at the menu to remember my order. Told Bri and asked for special sides and later when I got home it was perfect everything was there the food was on point like always and I will be back many times she was awesome and nailed my order! thank you!

Place your order online. I ordered in the store and I tired to get the 2 meals for $20 deal, it came out to $30. I understand the bacon cheeseburger costs $3 extra but I was on a date and didn’t feel like arguing about anything, basically half my order was wrong, asked for potato wedges and got tater tots, asked for the boneless wings and got regular wings, I asked is the sauce in the side and all the wings came with a suave I was just wanting on the side. It was an entire communication issue with 3 people at the register trying to take a simple order. The cashier had no training and I don’t blame him, and I had never ordered there so I didn’t know how to order exactly how it has to be put in the system. My advice is don’t try to freestyle this like me, it’s not like a restaurant with a server, place your order online and avoid any confusion and interaction with the staff, they were nice but knowledgeable about their own menu and prices. Maybe I’ll go back but not anytime soon, I blame upper management for failure to give proper training.

I recently had an order that wasn’t up to the usual standard. When I brought my food home, it looked like it had been cooked in oil that hadn’t been changed. I called and spoke with the manager, Stephanie, who was absolutely wonderful. She immediately offered me store credit or a refund, and although it took a little time to resolve, she made sure everything was taken care of.

It was clear the restaurant was short-staffed and dealing with a long night, but I could tell they were doing their best to serve everyone. I’ve ordered in the past and never had issues, so this was unusual. Stephanie’s attitude and customer service stood out. She was patient, professional, and truly cared about making things right. You can tell she loves her job and her customers. Because of her, I’ll definitely continue coming back.
