On 11/20/2025 at approximately 10:00 PM at the drive-thru, I experienced unprofessional behavior from an employee. While assisting the car in front of me, he held a prolonged conversation which delayed service. When it was my turn, he made inappropriate and uncomfortable comments towards me in what appeared to be an attempt to flirt. This was highly unprofessional and made me feel uneasy. Additionally, the fries I received were completely cold and the overall service was slow. Drive-thru service should be quick and courteous, but unfortunately this experience fell below expectations. I did not enjoy the meal, and I believe management needs to reinforce proper training and professional conduct with their staff.

2nd time.visitingnin the last couple months. Last time.service was poor, slow with no communication. This visit i waited in the drive through line only to be told they were out of several things and I needed to come in as they were short staffed and could not run drive through.

Since when does a whopper come with a smooth topped bun without sesame seeds. We may have gotten the wrong sandwich because it wasn't like any other whoppers we've had. Very small.
Whopper Jr. was very sloppily made, which made it difficult to eat.

We tried to order online, but our order went to CA instead of Cape Coral, FL, and the staff helped us fix it. Newly renovated property, so it's clean and nice, and the food is good.

Slow slow slow drive through and the sorriest limp, soggy burger I have gotten in a long, long time. Why does it seem like there is never anyone here, yet they take forever to get me the food? The workers seem depressed and the food they put out shows it.

Order Big Fish Sandwich with extra tartar sauce and mayonnaise. And what I get:no mayonnaise no extra tartar sauce something brown instead lettuce.SUPOSTOBE to be fish but very hard dark piece of 4 by 4 something. I tried it . Taste like very old motor oil .Not eatabe. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎
