I came this way to visit another restaurant when I noticed this place and said let me give it a try,now I have not been to a lot of Japanese restaurants so I really have nothing to compare it to,when I first walked in I was greeted by a very nice women,I chose to sit at a table instead of the bar,the tables are all sections with a light wall on either side,beautiful lighting and pretty soft Japanese music playing,the menu is put together like an expensive leather bound book,I ordered the miso and the fried oysters,miso was some of the best I have had with much seaweed and tofu,and perfect temperature,the oysters were very plump panko crusted,cooked to perfection,oysters were very moist while the outside was nice and crispy,I was told they were imported from Japan,later I had a spicy yellowfin sushimi roll that was Soo good,all the food was very well presented with a bed of colorful veggies and pretty plates,the waitress was very nice she told me the place had been there about 8 years,they are word of mouth with no advertising,do your self a favor and give them a go,and you can thank me later

Very nice restaurant in food, service and atmosphere. The only thing I did not liked, however, you cannot do any thing about, is that there are too many young children. Hopeful, if you go late on the day, this will not be an issue if it bothers you, however, we like to eat early. I am willing to overlook this because it is a great place.

I honestly don't know how people love this place. We had one order of rolls that were awful and we were very nice about asking for something else. They seem to accommodate us but then charged us for the original order when we had only eaten a third of it and then they took it away from us. Needless to say, the owners and the service staff were incredibly rude. We will never go back there. They have vinegar in their rice and it tasted fishy and pink looking. I just think that they could have been nicer. Not to say that the customer is always right but they should have at least left it on our table if they were going to charge us.
