I miss this location.

We had to visit before they closed this gem of a restaurant. They have been in business for 36 years and are closing this week. They plan to reopen in a new location that they are building on Ringling and Osprey, but it will be different. We were told a larger central bar, a different menu, but after so many years somethings can't be replicated. Julie was our waitress and knew the menu by heart. She made excellent recommendations and did her job well. She plans to be a part of the new restaurant so ask for her there! Food was excellent as always. Congratulations on 36 years! You will be missed and we look forward to the new Caragiulo's opening soon!

We’ve been enjoying the September anniversary celebration! Limited menu, but BOGO for 36¢ - how can you beat that deal?!?!
Last week, I ordered Pizza Da Vinci - excellent, with sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms - and hubby ordered spaghetti with a meatball and sausage - delicious! Even the wine (select options) is BOGO for 36¢!
Last night, he ordered the lasagna, tasty and beautifully presented. I chose the ravioli al fresco - so tender, light, and delicious!
(Unfortunately, the only photo i have is of the lasagna!)
Sad that Caragiulos is moving to a new location after all these years! Even sadder is the likely fate of the historic building in which it calls home.

Have enjoyed this restaurant for years. Their Summer Special has drawn us back again. Service staff is Friendly & Effecient. We love their Pizzas. But all menu items are well prepared.

As a business that relies heavily on our delivery drivers to provide hot meals to our customers promptly, it's important to foster a welcoming atmosphere. It would be greatly appreciated if you could acknowledge and greet the drivers picking up these orders, rather than overlooking their presence. Remember, you never know who might be visiting our establishment!

This was my second visit here…. My first visit a couple of years ago wasn’t worthy of a positive review because the service that time was horrible… but I gave them a second chance today as I wanted to take advantage of their summer bogo36 offer. This visit was much better, greeted and sat quickly, our server was very nice and attentive and the food was great! The one thing I do love about this location is its charm and atmosphere… I just hope that the new location will be the same. Based on this visit I will be back!

Right downtown Sarasota. You can sit inside or outside. The pizza is crispy and delicious. The salad and apps are marvelous. It was super busy and our waitress was killing it.

Picked up a to go order. Had eaten here a couple years ago and it was great. Today it was terrible. Wrong sauce, skimpy portions and very disappointing caprese salad. Too bad. This place was really good at one time. The are plenty of other Italian restaurants in Sarasota.
