The staff was great and helpful while ordering. The food was delicious highly reccommend the falafel but in a bowl. The fried pitas with garlic dipping sauce hit the spot! So glad I'm a reward member!

was SOOO happy when I saw they opened one here is Sarasota ! The food is amazing , staff are very friendly . I have eaten here multiple times since they have opened and each experience is better than the last . The food is so fresh and so delicious !!

The food is great but the staff is so unfriendly and mean it makes me not want to go back to this location. I have been three times and each time everyone on staff is sooooo rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering them by just being there. Disappointing because the food is great but I probably won’t be back because the staff.

I waited over an hour for my food, placed an order online and it wasn’t even started when i got there… I placed it 25 minutes before i got there. the boss was also being so RUDE to his employee. that’s not how you manage your team, very disappointed.
No staff acknowledges the online's orders when placed. 5 of us were waiting on food in onlines. 45 mins til I finally got my order

I love cava, it’s by far one of my favorite places and honestly my go to. However I had a recent incident with an employee there, she was the rudest person EVER, like so rude I could not believe she even had a job there to begin with. I ended up walking out and because that experience alone I didn’t want to go back ever again. But I decided to go tonight because I was craving it and the rude employee was there with the same miserable look on her face. I requested that someone else made my bowl the whole way through and I explained why and found out she was the manager. She was extremely apologetic and definitely made up for my bad experience. I wish I got her name but she was working this evening on 3/26/24. Aside from that one employee the food, staff and manager there are great!

Ordered delivery from there and expected my order to be madw no problem, they reach out saying they didnt have a protein, then suddebly a few minute slater had NOTHING that was beeded to make my playe, because i didnt reply (because i thought my food woukd be fine) they canceled and didnt even try to make up for it. Lame plass lame service

Frequent this Cava quite a bit. They never seem to be able to include the free pita even after asking. Very disappointed this time- no free pita again plus the pita chips in my bowl taste like they were fried in rancid oil. Never had a problem with Cava until now.
